We had trouble with this property from the beginning. Even our local speaking guides could not find it - the instructions were so complicated. There were broken windows all around downstairs giving a pretty unsafe feeling.
It was difficult to use the code to open the door, it was loud in the evening and into the night with chairs scraping on the floor in the neighbours apartments and the owner wanted to charge us triple the going car share rides to get to the airport.
The apartment was clean enough inside but there is the potential to have a second room filled up with a family that you would need to share the tiny space with.
The owner became very quickly heightened when I gave her feedback and among other things, told me we were lucky she hadn’t charged us for the whole apartment. The price we paid did not feel like value for the money at all and the area is very rough.
The owner also didn’t mention that the apartment needed payment until 6am on the morning we left for the airport- not a mention of it the night before when she sent a number of strongly worded and accusing messages. We didn’t have time to sort it out with her as we had to leave for the airport. The overall communication was very poor and unfriendly and I would not recommend this stay to anyone.
Highly recommend to stay here, if you are catching your connecting flight the next day. Perfect place to stay and the owners communicated all details prior, arranged for airport transfer and provided breakfast - it was a perfect stay! Thank you.

Feeling like isolated.
Service was very good, and the people open and nice. Communication was not an issue, and the airport transfer was without any problems. The room was simple and maybe a bit too warm. Breakfast,, tea etc was provided and a convenience store was right around the corner.
The hostel is close to the Airport (10-15 mins), so definitely a recommandation for early flights
We stayed for one night as we had a layover in Ulaanbaatar new airport.
Communication was very good (fast answer to any questions)
Only 10 to 15 min by car from the airport which makes it ideal for overnight layover
Someone picked us up and dropped us from/to the airport for additional fees. That was very comfortable

Accommodation - so close to the airport so its great for a quick overnight stay. Chose this location as there was no traffic and it was quick to get to (unlike going into Ulaanbaatar where traffic can take up to 3 hours...)

I was only there for one night, but this was a great clean and comfortable place, super close to the airport, and with convenient pickup and drop off services for the airport.

To put it simply, it was amazing! I stayed for one night due to a midnight transit at the new Ulaanbaatar airport. They offer round-trip shuttle service, which made traveling in the early morning and late night very easy. They also kept in touch with me frequently before my stay, which made me feel at ease even before I arrived. The room was clean, and most importantly, the owner, Boogi, and his sister were incredibly friendly. They even took me on a walking tour of the city. Although my stay was only for a few hours, it was such a pleasant experience that I’d love to come back and visit again. Next time, I’ll come to Mongolia for sightseeing! Thank you so much for everything this time! 😊🫶

Convenient to UBN airport. Only 10minutes away. Host will arrange to pick you up and drop you off at airport for a very modest fee.

The sister of owner picked me up. She is a very kind and fan person. I really enjoyed the stay because of her.
