The Bank House is Dog Friendly and there is no charge for Dogs staying in the Bank House. While the guests are very welcome to use the main hotel, the main hotel is not Dog Friendly.

It was an old character filled building but a little tired & dated.
Dust webs on ceilings both in bathroom & bedroom. And a tired old bathroom. Hand soap was empty. Had to use shower gel to wash hands. Curtains didn’t meet & poles were fixed together with tape very unsightly.

We kregen een upgrade naar het hoofdgebouw waar we een mooie grote kamer kregen.
Het ontbijt zou beter mogen worden aangevuld, het was uitgebreid maar er was veel op of bijna op. Dit terwijl we er op tijd waren.
Het was erg warm op de kamer.
Camera spaziosa. Parcheggio incluso nella prenotazione. Colazione varia e abbondante . Staff solare e gentile . Bagno grande e dotato di ogni sapone, shampoo, balsamo e bagnoschiuma.
La camera si trova in una sede staccata rispetto allo stabile. Dal check-in quindi si va a piedi (pochi metri, ma con valigia appresso è scomodo). La stanza si trovava al piano superiore (no ascensori) e si devono attraversare diverse porte e rampe di scale molto strette. Ho rischiato di cadere diverse volte. Il bagno ha dei piccoli punti in cui è rovinato e sembra sporco . La vasca quando si fa la doccia perde da un angolo e il pavimento si allaga. Piccoli dettagli ma si possono sistemare per non dare l'idea di trascuratezza

Cleanliness needs improvement: the spa changing room was dirty and opened onto the toilets (door open), and the floor was unclean. The tiles near the spa were rusty due to the iron chairs.

Petit dejeuner inclus mais dans un autre établissement. Check in non sur place et aucune indication sur la porte sur le sujet. On a cherché un moment avant de comprendre qu’il faisait se rendre dans un autre établissement pour aller récupérer la clé.
