Bank House is a separate building from the main Scotland's Spa Hotel.
All facilities like bar and restaurant are in the main hotel but guest staying in the Bank House are very welcome to use the facilities as the please.
The Bank House is Dog Friendly and there is no charge for Dogs staying in the Bank House. While the guests are very welcome to use the main hotel, the main hotel is not Dog Friendly.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Nice and quiet, located right above the main street. Room was big and comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful.

Room. Toilet didn't flush had to poor water into cistern. Curtains with road light outside were broken (curtain rail) and did not fully draw. Cobwebs in room. Outside porch littered and ash tray overflowing.
Reception staff polite but unhelpful and largely disinterested.

I like the location as it is close to all the shops/restaurants/cafes/railway station. Room was nice and big, bed very comfy.
Tea and coffee provided in rooms but the fridge could have bottled water in it aswell.

Half way from the isle of Skye over night stay
Parking we had to park in a car park away from the hotel and breakfast dear I do not eat meat not much choice if you do not have meat
The location.
The toilet in The Bank House room 409, once flushed took around 10mins to refill as the water trickled into the cistern very loudly, the 2 steps leading out of the bathroom was very dangerous especially if you needed the bathroom at night. In fact all the stairs were very steep. I really had to watch my step and take my time going downstairs. Not ideal for anyone with walking difficulties or even carrying your luggage. I would not stay here again for this reason.
Convenient to Blair Castle Highland Games, beautiful church next door. Nice breakfast options.
No parking close to room which was located in building across the street from main lodging. Property inside and out in need of repairs and cleaning. Walk way and steps need hand railing.
Breakfast was excellent, great choices, staff very friendly. Great location so close to the shops. Enjoyed the pool.
You weren't allowed to take the dog into the bar area, which was a pity and we had to go elsewhere.
