Pros:

Goeie ligging, grote kamer en vriendelijk personeel.

Cons:

Kamer geboekt in Bankhouse en dat wij aankwamen kregen wij een kamer in het naast gelegen hotel.

Pitlochry, well worth a visit
Pros:

Location was good, room was clean and nice bathroom. Breakfast was amazing, spa hotel was lovely, shame our room was in another building.

Cons:

The building shown is just for rooms, all facilities are in another building where the car park is, if you want to use the pool bear in mind you will have to walk down the hill and round to another hotel. Really hard work carrying luggage up the hill to the room. 2 bedside cabinets used as TV unit.

Poor standard of guest care.

local to all amenities.

Cons:

Couple next to us smoked weed in their room leading to strong smell of weed coming into our room, we were staying with our 8 week old baby and when contacted the main hotel to make aware we were offered an airfreshner for the smell when we declined this we had to move room at 22:30 with a baby having to go outside and up the road unsettling our baby who was settled for the evening meaning we spent the rest of the evening/early morning trying to settle our baby while nothing was done with the people in violation of there hotel/room rules.

Pros:

Wszystko zgodnie z opisem. Na śniadanie i basen trzeba było przejść ok 50m do głównego budynku ale to też jest w opisie. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne, duży wybór.

Gute Lage.... Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist ok.

Recht großes Zimmer.

Cons:

Es wurde nicht ausgeschildert wo die Rezeption ist. Auch telefonisch haben wir niemand erreicht.
Da wir zum Einchecken und suchen der Rezeption viel Zeit verloren haben gibt dies einen größeren Abzug für uns.
Die Rezeption befindet sich rechtd die Straße runter in dem Hotel mit Spa.
Zimmer bereits etwas abgewohnt.

Pros:

Location good and size of room was good

Cons:

Staff impatient on reception, shower terrible very poor flow, no plug sockets … kettle had to be plugged in the corridor outside the room
No food in restaurant, breakfast was overcrowded and I am allergic to dairy and gluten, not much to have to eat at breakfast so didn’t bother on last day
