La ubicació, qualitat dels productes d'higiene, l'esmorzar, el personal, l'habitació...tot perfecte!

Pros:

La habitación era muy grande y cómoda. El desayuno era muy completo y el hotel era muy grande y bonito. No usamos la piscina, pero parecía muy chula.

Cons:

No hay vigilancia ni recepción en el edificio donde estaba nuestra habitación, solo había una puerta que a veces la gente no cerraba. Aún así, es un sitio muy tranquilo y parecía seguro.
En el lavabo encontramos alguna telaraña y araña, había algunas esquinas algo sucias.

Good value, good breakfast included and access to spa facilities
Pros:

Very good central location. Good to be able to use the facilities of the hotel next door. The accommodation is what it is …old fashioned, nothing fancy but clean and good value for what we paid.

Cons:

Our room was very small and right at the top of the building. We found the bed too soft for us, but lovely fresh bedding. We didn’t like the smelly infuser thing going at the bottom of the stairs!!

Pros:

Die Lage war super und das Frühstück hatte viel Auswahl und war sehr fein.

Cons:

Es gab nur heisses Wasser in der Dusche (zu heiss) und es hatte zu wenig Parkplätze, man musste das Auto an den Strassenrand stellen.

One night stay with breakfast
Pros:

Huge bedroom. Comfy large bed with everything you needed. Personally the shower over the bath was difficult for me to access as the bath side was high but wouldn't be a problem who had better mobility. Not much room in the hotel car park but able to park on the road. Good location for the town. Buffet type breakfast at the main hotel a few metres away was good.

A comfortable place to stay for an overnight stop or short break.
Pros:

Although the room in Bank House looked a little tired, it was clean, comfortable and the bed linen was fresh and welcoming. Reception staff in the main hotel were very pleasant and helpful. Bank House and the main hotel, whilst situated on a a quiet street, were just a few minutes walk from the high street with all its bars, restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Breakfast in the main hotel (about five minutes walk from the room) was plentiful, but better quality ingredients, such as the coffee, would have been appreciated.

Inolvidable en el mal sentido
Pros:

El desayuno.

Cons:

El trato en recepción, donde nos cobraron más dinero del que era. Tampoco nos gustó la habitación de bank house. Tenía telarañas hasta dentro de los vasos del baño.

Pros:

Gutes Haus, freundliches Personal, gute Betten. Der Schwimmbereich mit Wirrpool war nett, Handtücher kann man gratis leihen. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, der Ort ist Klasse und eine Besichtigung Wert.

Cons:

Die Umkleide im Schwimmbad war ziemlich verschmutzt, war vielleicht nur eine Momentaufnahme, alles andere war top!
Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig, aber insgesamt war es - besonders draußen - ruhig.

Pros:

La piscine, la literie, la chambre spacieuse, les façades extérieures et la proximité avec le centre.

Cons:

Chambre voisine avec chiens qui ont aboyé sans cesse. Salle de bain vieillote, la baignoire trop glissante. La pièce des petits déjeuners trop confinée par rapport au nombre de personnes et trop peu de fenêtres.
