Exceptional hotel in Xi’an, absolutely above its price category. The room was huge and extremely comfortable, truly at a 5-star level, with efficient smart-room technology (common in China, though not always intuitive). The location is excellent for visiting the city, within walking distance both of the South Gate area (for the city walls) and of the more central neighbourhoods. There is also a small gym with very good equipment and a high standard of cleanliness, as well as a free self-service laundry room, which was especially appreciated during a long trip. The breakfast was excellent, with a selection focused mainly on Asian cuisine. Outstanding value for money.
The negative aspects are very limited, but if I had to mention some, I would say that the staff, while always polite, remained a bit distant, although their English level is perfectly acceptable by Chinese standards. The Wi-Fi is also quite poor and tends to conflict with eSIMs and various VPNs, though this is rather common in many Chinese hotels.

La habitacion era enorme, comoda, bebidas gratis del frigo bar, batas, pantuflas, te, cafe en la habitacion, laundry y el desayuno espectacular
Very close to local amenities, clean and well appointed. Staff were so helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.
Comfortable beds, big terrace outside, our clothes were collected by the staff and brought back dry for free
As vegetarians it was difficult at breakfast time. Would recommend getting a taxi to the hotel, not metro as not that close to the station
1. The location is excellent, approximately 500–800 meters from the Muslim Quarter, making it very convenient for halal food and exploring the area.
2. The self-service laundry facilities are a great advantage, especially for travelers packing light.
3. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a restful stay.
If the hotel aims to attract more international guests, improving the English proficiency of the staff would greatly enhance the overall experience.
Lovely staff, comfortable beds. Good washing machine and dryer. Nice breakfast.
Water was only warm, not hot. Bathroom mirror power button glows at night. Doors bang closed, waking others.
Amazing location, spacious beautiful rooms and friendly English-speaking staff. I also really enjoyed the breakfast. The hotel felt new, the rooms seemed to be freshly renovated (or at least well taken care of).
Just a small comment on cleaning- more effort should be done in that regard. I will not elaborate.
