מקום מדהים. שירות יוצא מן הכלל בסטנדרט גבוה! - חגי השף, ג׳ורג׳ בקבלה , העובד במסעדת הלובי, כל מי שפגשנו בו נענה לכל בקשה בשמחה. הגענו לחופשה משפחתית קצרה באפס ציפיות והופתענו לטובה מהשירות, מהנקיון, האוכל והאווירה הכללית במלון. ממליצה בחום לכל משפחה שמחפשת רגע של הפוגה ופינוק אמיתי. אנחנו בטוח נחזור.

מתבאסים שהבריכה לא במלון ,רצינו לעשות חופשה עם הילדים זה פחות מתאים אבל חופשה זוגית מעולה
השירות בקבלה היה מעל ומעבר..ההתחשבות והרצון לסייע לבן משפחה עם אלרגיה מסכנת חיים...
האופרציה לבריכה..
זהו מלון האהוב על משפחות ולא לחינם : יש בו מרחבים מטופחים , משחקיה לילדים צעירים , מתקני ספורט לבוגרים יותר , בריכה קטנה עם מגלשה ומזרקות מים וכן אפשרות לשחות בבריכה מקורה הנמצאת בקאנטרי שבקרבת המלון ושאורחיו יכולים להשתמש בה. הצוות , לרבות עובדי חדר האוכל הם בעלי תודעת שירות שהופכת את כל השהייה במקום למהנה. שכרנו ארבעה חדרים עם גינה לחצר ודאגו לשים אותנו קרובים זה לזה , וכך גם בחדר האוכל חיכה לנו שולחן שמור על שמנו.
היו כמה דברים שניתן לשפר , כמו הדלתות שאינן מספיק אטומות לרעש ושקע שלא עבד , אבל הכל מתגמד לעומת היתרונות הרבים שמניתי למעלה.
רצינו להודות מכל הלב על אירוח יוצא מן הכלל. המלון מטופח, נקי, נעים ומזמין, והשירות שקיבלנו מכל אנשי הצוות היה אדיב, מקצועי ומלא יחס אישי.
תודה מיוחדת לשף חגי ולכל צוות המטבח, שהשקיעו מכל הלב בכל מנה. האוכל היה מגוון, טרי, עשיר וטעים במיוחד, וניכר שהושקעו מחשבה, יצירתיות ואהבה בכל פרט קטן.
השף חגי דאג לעבור בין כולם ולוודא שהכל בסדר ולא חסר דבר,.
הכול היה פשוט מושלם – מהקבלה ועד הפרידה. תודה על חוויה נפלאה שהשאירה לנו טעם של עוד. בעזרת ה' נשמח לחזור ולהמליץ בחום לאחרים.
היינו בסי הוטל נווה אילן לחגוג יום הולדת לבן שלנו, וקיבלנו חוויה מושלמת מהרגע הראשון.
שלחתי הודעה לצוות המלון על החגיגה, ומיד קיבלתי טלפון אישי מחגי, השף של המלון, שדאג לסדר לנו הפתעה מרגשת ומיוחדת.
מה שהכי ריגש אותנו זה הצוות - אנשים אנושיים, חמים ומסורים באמת. תודה מיוחדת לחגי, לירדנה, למוחמד השף ולסעיד - כל אחד מהם נתן תחושה שאכפת להם באמת, לא רק שירות "טכני".
חוץ מהיחס המדהים, גם המלון עצמו נותן חוויה נהדרת למשפחות.
ממליצה בחום לכל משפחה שמחפשת נופש עם לב אמיתי - זה בדיוק מה שקיבלנו כאן.
ארוחת בקר מצוינת ותודה לשף חגי שמצפר תמיד אותנו ומוודא את שביעות הלקוחות באופן ישיר ונוכח בחדר אוכל
הכל!! זה התחיל משיחת טלפון של השף שהביא לנו פינוק של אייס קפה ועוגה.
המשיך בהיחס האישי, ארוחות נהדרות ועשירות, הקאנטרי היה מהמם ורגוע, היחס בקבלה והשירות נהדר בהכל.

חייבים לציין את הצוות המהמם שעמד לרשותנו לכל הנדרש. רוצים לציין במיוחד את השף הנדיר חגי אסרף על האוכל, השירותיות והמקצועיות! אין ספק שהוא הופך את השהיה במלון לחוויה יחודית הן מבחינת הקולינריה והן מבחינת השירות.
החדרים מאובקים, פתיחת החלון מהווה סכנה לילדים (ללא סורגים).
צוות שירותי ואדיב מאוד..ארוחת בוקר עשירה ומגוונת..מיקום מעולה!
הבריכה נמצאת במרחק הליכה מהמלון במתחם השייך ליישוב נווה אילן..
המלון שומר שבת, היו המוני משפחות דתיות די רועש והמוני!!
