I had an amazing experience at M Village Ho Guom. The minimalist design is beautiful, the rooms are cozy and clean, and having access to a shared kitchen, lounge, and free laundry facilities was incredibly convenient.
​What truly set this stay apart was the extraordinary staff. I accidentally left my souvenirs in a driver's car, and the front desk team went above and beyond to help me. They patiently called the driver, translated the entire conversation for me.
​A fantastic location near Hoan Kiem Lake paired with truly caring hospitality. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Pros:

Lage ist OK. In paar Gehminuten kann man die Altstadt erreichen. Personal wirklich sehr freundlich. Zimmer sauber,

Cons:

aber ziemlich klein. Keine Sitzmöglichkeit, kein TV und kein Kühlschrank was bei den Temperaturen nett wäre. Vielleicht wegen dem Platzmangel.

Pros:

The location is great. It’s close enough to walk to old town and far enough to avoid the crowds.

The staff are kind and helpful, and the room got cleaned everyday.

Cons:

1. We booked a superior double room, but the room was right next to the laundry room with shared facilities. It was quite noisy. Thankfully, after reflecting the situation to the staff, we had a room arranged.

2. The bathroom emitted poor smell after showers.

Super Lage eigentlich direkt am Hoam Kiem See und nah bei der Altstadt. Sauberes Hotel (Zimmer, Bad) mit Gemeinschaftsküche, Workspace und gratis Waschmaschine und Trockner. Mein Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte kein Fenster, aber das wusste ich im Vorfeld und habe es auch so gebucht. Ging eigentlich recht gut ohne Fenster, vor allem weil die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels angenehm sind. Bettwäsche war sauber und Bett gemütlich. Ebenso die Handtücher.

Cons:

Hatte einmal eine Baby-Kakerlake im Zimmer, war ein großer Schreck, weil ich mich vor Insekten extremst fürchte. Aber es war einmalig und ansonsten keine Insekten gesehen.
