Pros:

Super Lage eigentlich direkt am Hoam Kiem See und nah bei der Altstadt. Sauberes Hotel (Zimmer, Bad) mit Gemeinschaftsküche, Workspace und gratis Waschmaschine und Trockner. Mein Zimmer war sehr klein und hatte kein Fenster, aber das wusste ich im Vorfeld und habe es auch so gebucht. Ging eigentlich recht gut ohne Fenster, vor allem weil die öffentlichen Bereiche des Hotels angenehm sind. Bettwäsche war sauber und Bett gemütlich. Ebenso die Handtücher.

Cons:

Hatte einmal eine Baby-Kakerlake im Zimmer, war ein großer Schreck, weil ich mich vor Insekten extremst fürchte. Aber es war einmalig und ansonsten keine Insekten gesehen.

Good location
Pros:

I liked the location, it’s very close to the Hoan Kiem Lake. Love the free laundry service

Cons:

I thought the rooms were very small, we actually stayed in another M Village hotel just 5 minutes away after this stay and the rooms were at least double the size (for the same price) with a lot more facilities like a big swimming pool

Good location and good value
Pros:

1. Professionalism of the staff. No matter who is manning the front desk, the staff is always smiling and always ready to help with anything. On my first night, they even offered to change me to a bigger room since there is one vacant. After check out, they even helped me with my bags to my transport.

2. The bathroom is amazingly clean

3. There is dedicated floor with washer and dryer as well as communal fridge and electric stove. All these are offered without charge.

4. Location is very near to the lake.

Cons:

There is no good view from the window although this is just a minor gripe and did not affect my stay at all.

Pros:

The location is really great! The hotel is rather new and clean.

Cons:

The room is just slightly bigger than the bed. I took a studio with a window but it absolutely doesn’t make any sense as the window is right opposite another building and we couldn’t open it. The shower was not that comfortable. Too overpriced!

The location is good

Cons:

the description in the pictures is seriously inconsistent with the actual condition of the hotel. The room is extremely small, there are mosquitoes, and it has an unpleasant smell.

Great Value, Great Location, Unique Concept
Pros:

Fantastic location - it's just 3 minutes from Hoan Kiem Lake and doesn't cost a fortune. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and I am a fan of the shared workspace and communal kitchen/laundry concept.

Cons:

The bathroom was a bit small, and the shower is right next to the door, so it's impossible not to get the door wet, and that causes the paint to peel in some areas.

Good location. Not too close or too far from the lake and shopping area which is crowded.
