Pros:

Hotel frente ao parque, as entradas inclusas fizeram a diferença na reserva.
Alimentação do hotel é melhor do que no parque.
Ideal é pegar pensão completa.
Hotel bom e todos os colaboradores do hotel sao educados e gera muita gentileza.

Cons:

Os hóspedes as vezes passa do ponto e costuma incomodar com gritos atrapalha um pouco o lazer.

Já estive no Lagoa várias vezes, achei as refeições dessa vez a melhor de todas, tudo muito bom.

Cons:

Achei a fila do restaurante no domingo muito grande, acho que pelo nível do hotel seria interessante estudar uma forma de evitar essa situação

Serviço de quarto muito bom

Cons:

Material de piscina pela manhã sem manutenção, procurei o responsável pela um pano para limpar a mesa onde está sentado e ali continuou, só disse que era de responsabilidade do pessoal da limpeza.

As camas estão com afundamento, prejudicando bastante quem sofre com problemas de dores na lombar... teria que fazer a troca do colchão de lado com frequência...
