Good location and easy access to the National Mall
Pros:

Hotel is great, comfortable and clean and I. Great location

Cons:

Staff at the reception is hit and miss - some people were lovely and some were not helpful at all. I wanted to extend my stay for one day and the receptionist said not possible while I was able to do that on booking.com.
