Heritage Collection on Pagoda - Mobile App Check-In

Il personale, anche se cortese, assillante ogni giorno ci contattava per istruzioni. A volte erano messaggi generici, come fare meno rumore dopo le 10. Sono stati anche assillanti anche per avere una recensione positiva dopo il soggiorno, con la raccomandazione sulle stelle da mettere.

Le scale per intrare nell'appartamento sono davvero scomode con molti bagagli, anche se era segnalato, non mi ero resa davvero conto che con i trolley è complicato. E l'appartamento è davvero piccolo. Ovviamente tutto segnalato. Le scarse dimensioni non ti permettono di utilizzare la cucina.

The room is small

My only small complaint is the shower- it’s quite shallow so even being careful and pulling the curtain all the way, inevitably some water spilled out so just be careful and use your extra towels.

Internal soundproofing is not great, you can hear what's happening just outside your room, which is annoying at times, especially when other patrons check in late and have issues with mobile app.

Self checkin sucks, i first tought it's my skills, but during my stay i saw many guests strugle to get in their rooms.
Long procedure to make it works and mesaging but still hassle.
One day i received msg that cigarete smoke was detected in premises, and 1000$ was room cleaning fee. That made me uncomfortabele, and i took it as a threat rather than kind reminder.
I first booked for two nights, and after first night i wanted to extend for 3 more nights, and i got msg from staff that there is no rooms available to extend and they offer me to check their other locations but i deacided to look for other hotels in naighbourhood and on my surprise on booking com just few minutes after i found free room in in this very same location contrary to staffs statement. Hhmmm wat was that?
In this second room bed was too short even for me 173 cm high.
In the first room i stayed they had thick and thin pillow, and thin one was fine for me.
In second room i get two pilows but both thick,
When i asked girl servicing rooms if she could replace one for thin she said they only have thick ones.
There were ants in my second room.
Staff is nice and kind but that is expected,
But they repeatedly begging for rewiew 9 or 10,
And that's not expected ftom staff.

The digital process is not very user friendly. I am an IT person so it wasn't so difficult for me but the process of getting the access with the digital key was quite time consuming. Furthermore - we got a lot of emails from the owner, one of them contained a one time number combination for the main entrance. After we got there, we should use for the interior room the digital key and for main entrance as well. Sometimes we struggle to get the door open, had to swipe the phone multiple times, refresh the app. Digital key should also work for the main entrance but it didn't.

There was no proper space for waiting of the guests before room check-in.
