This is a strictly nonsmoking property. A fine of S$1,000 will be imposed for smoking, and a fine of S$500 will be imposed for durian consumption. The management reserves the right to forfeit deposits, evict guests, or charge the registered credit/debit card for any violations.
Should you fail to check-in by 12pm one day after your original check-in date, your reservation will be treated as a "No Show". In the event of a no-show, the full amount for the entire duration of the reservation is nonrefundable.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Belle, Edmar, and Jean were exceptionally helpful and prompt at all hours making sure the check in/out process was easy and helping with our technical issues.
Location cannot be any better, plenty of food and supermarket options around, convenient to multiple MRT lines.

The digital registration and access. I wish I had realised when I chose the property how many digital hoops I would have to jump through. I couldn’t get a stable internet connection so even downloading the app, never mind arriving at 1am from an international flight, on my own and wondering how the hell I was going to get in. The staff contacted me in the end but I will avoid anything that has so many steps in future.
En pleno centro de chinatown ( pero no se oye ruido de la calle) , justo a la salida del metro . Habitación muy pequeña pero muy cómoda con microondas, platos , cubiertos y fregadero!!!. A la llegada nos asistieron Belle y Mary explicándonos como funciona la llave digital. Nos guardaron las maletas hasta la hora del vuelo el último día. Fueron muy atentas y en cuanto les pediamos algo enseguida nos contestaban. Muy buena opción¡!

We had a great stay at Heritage Collection on Pagoda. The check-in process was smooth, and Belle was especially helpful and welcoming, which made our arrival very easy.
One highlight of our room was the unusually large window — something you don’t often find in Singapore — which made the space feel much brighter and more open.
The only small downside was that the app was a bit challenging to use at times. However, overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend staying here.
It was a perfect location. MRT is just steps away, food stalls and gift ahops right outside. Maxwell is only about 10 mins walk and most importantly, Belle and Mary are superstars! Very quick to respond. Very patient with us and Belle was very accommodating to helping us with our luggages! Perfect ambassadors for Heritage Collection!

- The location is amazing. In the middle of China market and next to metro stations with two major lines.
If you are planning to mostly explore singapore and be outside, this is your spot, you can’t find better.

- No soundproof with neighbours, I could hear them even whispering :/ But neighbours were calm and so was I by deciding to not turn on the TV even if I wanted to…

Läget. Väldigt fint och fräscht rum och badrum. Mycket bra förvaringsmöjligheter. Enkel incheckning. Smidig kommunikation via Whats app.
Sängen var för kort för oss (168 cm lång), men annars bekväm. Ingen städning eller ens tömning av sopor på 4 dagar. Det var en pipande ljud under större delen av 2 av dagarna trots att vi påpekade detta flera gånger till värdarna. Det gick inte att sova de två nätterna eller vistas i rummet dagtid de två dagarna. För detta får vi endast kompensation med 50% av priset för en natt.

Location was great. Close to train station. Clean towels when we needed and fast communication.
There were dirty towels from the last guests in our room when we arrived. We sent a photo to the WhatsApp and they got rid of them for us. Not a fan of the online check in and only being able to use their app to open your room door. The hot water needs to be turned on by a switch and only lasts a few minutes. You have to wait 20-30 minutes for the second person to be able to have a hot shower.
Right next to the metro station. Xia, Mary and Belle were very helpful.
Location, clean, good organised
We was two days guest. On the last day, while we were sitting on the terrace, they asked us to leave. It wasn't cool.
Great locations, actually VERY quiet room, didn’t hear a peep from anyone! Super clean and new, it felt like such a peaceful escape from the town outside.

The location is great, right next to entrance of Chinatown MRT and all of the shopping / eating activity.
Not much room in the room for suitcases & to get in & out of the bed. No hot water in the hand basin. Luckily we were only on first floor, but steps are a bit of a workout.
