Detente
Pros:

Overall, it was a great experience. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The common areas were really nice, and the room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

It’s a little far from Guatapé.

La atención de Sofia y Raquel fue excepcional, muy amables. Resolvieron de buena manera mis peticiones.
Además de que el lugar tiene unas vistas increíbles del Embalse.

Las instalaciones, habitaciones y baños son muy agradables, limpias, modernas.
Tiene una hermosa vista desde todos lados.
Acceso a la represa y actividades acuáticas.
La zonas comunes son muy lindas.
La comida es muy buena.
Realizan actividades muy divertidas. Tienen café, aromáticas, barra libre. Y en la mañana ofrecen cereal, fruta, jugo, yogurt gratis.

Sofia quien nos recibió fue muy cordial, atenta y nos ayudó en lo que necesitabamos. También terra la perrita en recepción nos brindo un caluroso saludo.

Algo también muy especial que le dieron un pequeño obsequio a mi mamá por su cumpleaños, mostrando con ello la amabilidad y empatía por la fecha especial.

Cons:

El agua de la piscina es un poco fría.

I had an amazing stay at Viajero Guatapé and would recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The location is beautiful, right on the lake with incredible views and a very relaxing atmosphere. You can rent kayaks and paddleboards directly from the hostel, which is a great way to explore the lake. The hostel also organizes fun events like Meet & Drink and karaoke, making it very easy to meet other travelers. As a solo traveler, I felt welcome from the very first day, but it’s also a great place for couples and groups.

The food is really good, especially the chicken breast, and the prices are reasonable.

The biggest highlight was the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful, but a special thank you to Sofía and Alejandra. They were always friendly, welcoming and genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great experience. And they have a really cute and nice dog named Terra.

One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at in Colombia. I would definitely come back.

Pros:

El personal es súper amable y nos ayudaron con absolutamente todo lo que necesitamos durante nuestra estadía. Estamos particularmente agradecidos con Tatiana en la recepción y con Alex en el restaurante. Fue una estancia genial.
