Me quedaria mas tiempo, perfecto para estadia mientras se recorre Guatape y aledaños

Great location, good value, disappointing amenities.
Pros:

The location was gorgeous, right on the reservoir. The staff was nice and helpful. The room was large and clean. Food at the restaurant was pretty good.

Cons:

The "hot tub" was lukewarm at best and never got hotter. It was a large reason why we made this particular booking, so that was very disappointing.

Pros:

El lugar tiene una vista espectacular, es una mezcla de descanso, actividades y fiesta. Lo que tu quieras hacer. El staff del hotel es muy amable ( todo el staff), en especial Diego Avila, quién siempre estuvo en la disposición cuando íbamos al restaurante, super atento y amable. Y nos hizo sentir como en casa, mil gracias Diego.

Beautiful spot on the lake, comfy beds and spacious dorm.

Cons:

Despite the location being beautiful, it is very far out of town. They charge a lot for water, food and transport. There is no water filter and you can only buy 600ml bottles of water for 8k. It took at least an hour each time we ate at the restaurant. It seems that there’s not enough staff in the restaurant and kitchen. I attempted to attend a yoga class at 8:30 am and the teacher just didn’t turn up.

Excelente alojamiento
Pros:

La atención y las instalaciones son perfectas para el descanso, desde recepción la atención de Raquel y sus compañeros fue maravilloso, me gustó mucho la comida, las áreas húmedas y la ubicación del lugar, volveré sin lugar a dudas.

Me gustó mucho la vista al embalse, las zonas comunes y la habitación muy cómodas y agradables. Fácil de llegar y la gente que atiende es muy amigable. La fiesta por la noche se disfruta al máximo.
