Zentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar ( aktuell sind in Belgrad alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel gratis)
Pros:

Die Suite mit Jacuzzi ist cool. Zentrum ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Zimmer sind sauber.

Cons:

Hotel bietet kein Frühstück an und es gibt auch kein Restaurant. Kostenpflichtige Parkplätze sind nur in sehr geringer Zahl vorhanden. (unbedingt vorher reservieren)

Pros:

Posebno želimo pohvaliti osoblje hotela, koje je tijekom cijelog boravka bilo iznimno ljubazno, susretljivo i profesionalno. Uvijek su bili spremni pomoći i odgovoriti na naše upite, a svojim pristupom i gostoljubivošću ostavili su zaista odličan dojam.

Cons:

Nažalost, boravak u ovom hotelu nije ispunio naša očekivanja. Jedan od većih nedostataka je parking, odnosno činjenica da nema mogućnosti samostalnog ulaska i izlaska. Svaki put kada želite ući ili izaći automobilom potrebno je zvati recepciju kako bi vam otvorili kapiju, što je prilično nepraktično i nepotrebno komplicira boravak.
Kupaonica u sobi bila je izrazito mala i neudobna za korištenje. Dodatno razočaranje bila je sama pozicija sobe – prozor je gledao na terasu kojoj pristup imaju djelatnici hotela, tako da privatnost nije bila na razini koju biste očekivali. Tijekom našeg boravka radovi su se obavljali direktno ispred prozora sobe, što je dodatno narušavalo privatnost i ugodu.
Također, dva dana nismo imali dovoljan broj ručnika, što smatramo osnovnom stvari koja bi u hotelu trebala biti osigurana bez potrebe za dodatnim traženjem.
Za vrijeme našeg boravka lift je bio pokvaren. Jasno nam je da kvar lifta nije nužno krivnja hotela i da se takve stvari mogu dogoditi, ali nam je svakako značajno otežao boravak jer smo morali više puta dnevno pješice do trećeg kata, sve dok lift nije popravljen.
Sve u svemu, nekoliko pojedinačnih problema možda ne bi značajno utjecalo na dojam, ali njihov zbroj – učinio je naš boravak znatno manje ugodnim nego što smo očekivali.

Very nice hotel, but with drill noise during the day due de construction/renovation.
Pros:

Great location, good and comfortable apartment, and very helpful staff.

Cons:

The hotel is undergoing renovations; therefore, there is the sound of drills and hammering during the day.

Hotel climatisé , et propre dans l'ensemble, proche commodités et transports.

Je vous est envoyé un message au quel je n'ai pas eu de réponse dans un premier temps .
Nous avons eu 1 chambre avec des travaux des 7h du matin le dimanche sur une terrasse sous notre fenêtre et encore le lundi .
Je réserve chez vous pour un séjour de repos au calme,et nous subissons cela.
Comme l'été dernier,nous avions séjourner dans 1 hôtel a Antibes via booking.com, et l'hôtel était encerclé de grue dû au travaux de la piscine olympique adjacente a l'hôtel !
2 déception en 2 ans ,en réservant sur booking.com, ça fait beaucoup, vous ne trouvez pas ?

J’ai fait une réclamation ,pour le City Joy hôtel ,sur votre serveur,j’ai reçu une réponse automatique me disant que l'ont me répondrai dans les 24h,je ne l’ai jamais reçu
