Sehr gute Ausstattung und Lage
Pros:

Unkomplizierter Check-In/Out. Der Parkplatz bequem und sicher. Ausstattung und Größe der Zimmer komfortabel.

Cons:

Das gebuchte Zimmer war im Untergeschoss. Das Fenster in der Nacht zum Lüften zu öffnen, fühlte sich nicht sicher an.

Gut, aber wir haben schon besser übernachtet
Pros:

Super leichter Check in! Sehr sauber! Gutes Bett, allerdings nur 1.40 breit! Kleine Küchenzeile mit der Möglichkeit einen Kaffee zu kochen !

Cons:

Das WC ist extrem niedrig angebracht, schwer, wenn man ein Handicap hat! Für ein früheres Check in wären 25€ angefallen

An excellent place to stay in Cologne, for a few days or longer!
Pros:

The apartment was well-equipped and air conditioned. Check in was very easy and I enjoyed using the communal terrace and the self-serve bar. The location, close to the tram stop and near a park, is very good

Atrašanas vieta bija izdevīga.
Arī pats numuriņš bija ērts, plašs - kā mazs dzīvoklītis.🙂

Cons:

Ieteikums - ja ir iespejams,varētu kādu virtuves papīrrulli pievienot un vēl 1 komplektu ar dušas dvieļiem klāt, jo, ja ilgak par 2 naktīm paliek numuriņā, tad atkārtoti slaucīties ar mitriem dvieļiem nav forši.

Im Sommer Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage nicht zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Die schicke Dachterrasse und der SB-Kiosk, der Parkplatz im Hof, das schöne Bad mit Ablagen, das bequeme ungeteilte Doppelbett.

Cons:

Dass der Parkplatzcode geändert wurde, ohne dass wir benachrichtigt wurden.
Die Zimmer werden nur einmal wöchentlich gereinigt.
Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war für ein nicht klimatisiertes Zimmer im Souterrain nicht gut.
