Cons:

Am petrecut 6 nopți la Q Ella Beach Hotel și, per total, experiența a fost una decentă, însă au existat câteva aspecte care ne-au dezamăgit.

Mâncarea a fost bună și existau suficiente opțiuni, însă, deși hotelul este all inclusive, meniul s-a repetat destul de mult de la o zi la alta. Pentru un sejur de aproape o săptămână, ne-am fi așteptat la mai multă diversitate.

La sosire, nu ni s-a permis să facem check-in nici măcar cu 10 minute mai devreme, deși camera era aproape pregătită. Totuși, am avut acces la facilitățile hotelului până la ora oficială de cazare, ceea ce a fost un plus.

Cea mai mare nemulțumire a fost legată de cameră. Deși am rezervat și plătit pentru o cameră dublă cu terasă, după ce am așteptat pentru check-in am fost trimiși într-o cameră economy, foarte mică și fără suficient spațiu. A trebuit să revenim la recepție și să mai așteptăm încă aproximativ două ore până când am primit, în cele din urmă, camera pentru care plătisem. Consider că astfel de situații nu ar trebui să se întâmple.

Un alt minus îl reprezintă băuturile de la pool bar și beach bar. Atât cocktailurile, cât și sucurile și băuturile alcoolice au fost foarte diluate și nu s-au ridicat la nivelul așteptărilor pentru un resort all inclusive.

În schimb, personalul de la curățenie și-a făcut treaba foarte bine. Camera a fost curată pe tot parcursul sejurului, iar prosoapele și lenjeria au fost mereu curate și schimbate la timp.

În concluzie, am avut o vacanță plăcută, însă serviciile nu au fost la nivelul așteptărilor în raport cu prețul plătit. Din păcate, din cauza problemelor întâmpinate la cazare și a calității băuturilor, nu cred că vom reveni la acest hotel.

Un hotel curat, piscina curata, personal amabil.

In fiecare zi era pana de curent, care dura destul de mult.
Am avut o experienta neplacuta. Baiatul meu s a lovit la picior pe plaja. De la hotel au chemat medic, medicul a chemat ambulanta si ne au transportat la spital ,fara sa fim anuntati ca acestia au contract cu un spital privat, sau sa fim intrebati daca suntem de acord... toata treaba asta ne a costat 725 de euro. In concluzie, avea degetul de la picior luxat. Ne au dat inapoi 150 de euro , dupa ce am cerut explicatii ( de ce s a chemat ambulanta, daca nu era cazul, de ce am platit de doua ori medicul , etc) .
Zona este una de periferie, nu ai unde iesi in apropiere, plictiseala multa.

Pros:

Hôtel moderne et très propre , personnelle sympa!
Rapport qualité prix au top 150€ la nuit pour 4 personnes !
Piscine intérieur + extérieur, accès sauna et hammam inclus, plage privé au top. Bar à gozleme sur place, Nourriture très correct !
Il manque des espaces verts, beaucoup d’affluence car 1 seule piscine…
Très peu de français sur place

Solid Option
Pros:

The hotel is very clean, the cleaning ladies are constantly cleaning and taking care of the hygiene.

The stuff is very kind, they are hardworking. They really do care about the satisfaction of the guests.

The building and the rooms are renovated and modern.

The lady that prepares the gozleme on the beach is kind and hardworking. Gozleme is very tasty and the pizza is also great on the beach.

There is a service every 30 minutes or less that brings you to the beach. You can also walk, the hotel is just 7-8 minutes away from the beach.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we did not like the food. There is no proper meat, only some dishes with minced meat but the quality is questionable. The fish tastes really bad (they serve the lower quality ones) and the chicken is also not tasty. There is plenty of salad and vegetables so it’s a good option for vegetarian people. We really struggled with finding something tasty and filling. We mostly ate rice with vegetables and salad. The cakes are also of lower quality. However, the price is also lower compared to other hotels in the area so if meat/protein is not important for you, this hotel might be a good option for you.

Foarte bine!
Pros:

Hotel nu prea mare, dar curat si cu atenție la detalii. Personal amabil si mereu săritor la nevoie. Distanta pina la plaja nu prea mare (5-7 min de mers pe jos) dar exista si transport asigurat care circula mai des decât orarul stabilit pentru comoditatea oaspeților hotelului. Mâncare gustoasa, băuturi atit la hotel cât si la terasa de la plaja privata. Seri tematice si activități interesante. Locuri de parcare alături de hotel.

Cons:

De o pate si de alta a hotelului teritoriu este neamenajat.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Q Ella and would highly recommend it. The location is excellent, with the beach only a 10–12 minute walk away, and there is also a convenient shuttle service to the hotel's private beach.
The food was very good, both at the hotel restaurant and the beach restaurant, with plenty of choice and good quality throughout our stay.
We especially enjoyed the entertainment programme. The Turkish Night was fantastic, showcasing local culture, music and dancing, and the foam pool party was great fun for both adults and children.
The pools were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were always friendly, welcoming and helpful, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived.
Overall, Q Ella offers excellent value for money, combining a great location, good food, enjoyable entertainment and outstanding hospitality. We would happily return in the future.

Cons:

The bathroom design meant that water from the shower tended to spread across the floor, which was slightly inconvenient. As one of family members have number of allergies, I also found that there were limited free from allergens options especially if one have dairy allergy options and ingredient labelling could be be clearer. However, after discussing this with the hotel staff, they were very accommodating and worked hard to help meet our dietary requirements.
