Un sejur extraordinar ! Recomand
Pros:

Hotelul se află relativ aproape de plajă, iar transferul este funcțional și frecvent. L-am folosit doar o dată, având mașină închiriată.
Pe plajă ai asigurată apă, un număr limitat de băuturi răcoritoare și alcoolice, chiar dacă programul restaurantului de pe plajă este destul de scurt.
Camera este ok, internetul bun — nu excelent, dar uneori se mai deconectează.

Oferta de mâncare din cadrul all inclusive este foarte variată, cu preparate etichetate în mai multe limbi. Poți comanda o cafea turcească excelentă, cocktail Mojito, vin, bere și alte băuturi.
Selecția de fructe, salate și prăjituri este deosebit de bună. Gözleme foarte bune pe plajă unde puteai lua masa de amiaza.

Am stat 4 zile cu fiul meu, apoi alte 3 zile la un alt hotel din Kemer, care, deși comparabil ca preț, nu se ridică nici pe jumătate la nivelul Q Ella.
Mi-ar plăcea foarte mult să revin anul viitor cu soția și fiica mea la acest hotel, dacă prețurile vor rămâne competitive.

Cons:

Parcarea este practic un maidan neamenajat în partea dreaptă a hotelului, însă, probabil pentru că puțini turiști vin sau închiriază mașini, am găsit loc de fiecare dată fără probleme.

Internetul are viteze modeste, între 5 Mbps și 14 Mbps, ceea ce este vizibil mai puțin față de ce folosesc acasă (600–800 Mbps).
Asta o menționez doar ca să punctez un aspect mai puțin plăcut.

Suoer Hotel..sauber. freundliches Personal..gutes essen. Schönes zimmer!
Pros:

Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist groß, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Unser Zimmer war komfortabel und auch die Betten und Kissen waren sehr bequem.

Besonders positiv hervorheben möchten wir das Essen. Die Auswahl war wirklich groß und abwechslungsreich. Auch das Restaurant am Strand insgesamt hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Der Shuttle-Service hat problemlos funktioniert und war sehr zuverlässig. Alle Mitarbeiter, mit denen wir Kontakt hatten, waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Auch der Strand war sauber und gepflegt, alles machte einen sehr guten Eindruck.

Insgesamt stimmt hier das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis wirklich. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

Plaja cu nisip fin, intrare lina in apa.

Daca doriti un sejur reusit nu va ghidati dupa nota de pe booking acordata de ceilalti clienti.
Incepem cu inceputul
Ajuns la hotel la ora 16:00, acestia ne au asteptat cu zambetul pe buze, ne au trimis la snack bar sa degustam ceva .
De aici incepe calvarul, ne incadeaza suma datorata pentru cele 3 camere pentru 3 nopti, ne da bratarile, si ne spune ca optiunile selectate de noi nu sunt disponibile, daca dorim sa stam 4 persoane intr o camera pana la eliberarea camerelor solicitate de noi prin rezervare.
Nu am fost de acord, si prin minune au fost gasite camerele noastre..
Ajunsi in camera constatam ca pereti erau murari, gletul cazut de pe pereti..am tacut si am mers mai departe.
Am fost la piscina unde entertainmentul tine de la 20;30 pana la 21.20 care este prezentat doar in turca si germana..ajunsi in camera am constatat ca patul nostru era rupt...nimeni nu era la receptie, am incercat sa dormim pana la ora 04...cand deja arcurile saltelei ne intrau in spate, scartaia din toate unghiurile, fiind nevoiti sa dormim la piscina pe sezlong.
Ne au schimbat camera de abia in a 3 a zi, pentru ca nu aveau disponibil..ceea ce inseamna ca si a doua zi am dormit de la 04.30 la sezlong.
Pe holurile hotelului nu au aer conditionat este cald de mori, plin de mucegai pe holuri si in restaurant.
In toate zilele se servesc kofte, piept pui, pulpe pui si aripioare, peste ..daca nu se mananca tot si il servesc a doua zi la plaja.
Cartofii de seara se ofera dimineata la mic dejun:)).
Insectele se plimba nestingherite prin camere...
Dulciurile sunt mai proaste decat oricare prajituri va imaginati
In hotel se vorbeste doar turca si germana
La piscina miroase a fecale de vaca, privelistea este la munti de pamant, boscheti si buruieni
Bauturile de foarte slaba calitate
Evitati acest hotel cu orice pret

Perfect vacation
Pros:

This was our first experience of such an "All Inclusive" holiday and it went great. The hotel is lovely, the staff is very helpful. Thank you so much for being able to check-in as quickly as possible, despite our very early arrival. The food at the hotel restaurant, as well as at the beach bar, was delicious and very varied. The beach is very close to the hotel, 500 meters, there is a shuttle service from the hotel every hour. The rooms were cleaned on demand, everything was top-notch, and the mini-bar was updated every day.

An excellent stay that exceeded my expectations in every way
Pros:

The hotel exceeded my expectations. This is a very solid four-star hotel that can easily compete with many five-star properties. I really liked the large, clean, freshly renovated room, as well as the high-quality daily housekeeping. The minibar was replenished every day with water, Coke and Fanta, along with coffee and tea. The bathroom was also well equipped, with shaving supplies, toothpaste, toothbrushes and other amenities.

The food was simply outstanding. There was fish almost every day, both steamed and grilled, delicious meat (especially the grilled meat), a wide variety of salads, fresh fruit, Turkish sweets and cakes. A particular highlight for me was being able to eat baklava every day – and in large quantities. Dinner was especially overwhelming in the best possible way: there were so many delicious options that my eyes simply couldn't decide what to try first. I wanted to try absolutely everything, and honestly, I wouldn't even have minded dying from overeating.

The coffee and juices from the self-service machines were rather mediocre. However, coffee lovers can get a proper cup in the lobby, where they serve freshly brewed coffee made from beans – and it is very good.

The sea is about 700 meters from the hotel. The beach is wide and there are plenty of sun loungers, so we never had any trouble finding one. There is also a beach bar, as well as a refrigerator with cold water, tea and instant coffee.

The sea is clean, with designated swimming areas marked by buoys. The beach is cleaned every day, and there are showers, toilets and changing facilities available.

The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. A special thank you to them, as well as to the hotel management, for their professionalism.

Alles in allem ein tolles drei Sterne Hotel und ein schöner Strandurlaub.
Pros:

An der Rezeption wurden wir von einer deutschsprachigen Mitarbeiterin empfangen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Frühstück und auch die anderen Mahlzeiten waren abwechslungsreich und lecker. Der Privatstrand ist ca. 700 m entfernt und zu Fuß in knapp 10 Minuten gut erreichbar. Es gibt auch einen Shuttlebus, der regelmäßig fährt.

Cons:

Das WLAN war in unserem Zimmer leider nicht immer stabil.

Pros:

We stayed 7 nights,we like it ,it was close to the beach ,we didn't use the bus provided from the hotel is it 10 min walk,to a sandy beach .The food was good,throughout the day you had plenty to choose.
The staff was nice and helpful, we choose hammam and massaging services and the ladies were so lovely and they knew there job it was amazing and also the man from the reception from the massage salon was great . Thank you
If you want a holiday just to stay and eat ,bath and enjoy sun this is your place.
Q ella is a resort which provides everything you need,you can just stay in without getting out ,they have even a shop and also provide barber and haircut services.

Cons:

Unfortunately only few persons speak english but we manage to understand each other,they were really nice and truly tried :)
We got our room changed to one without any balcony but we didn't ask for another room,because we didn't want to change again,maybe it could've been solved.
We are not picky .

Прекрасный отель для семейного отдыха. Замечательный сервис, позитивный персонал, всегда готовый помочь, уютные номера, вкусная и свежая еда. Разнообразие блюд, обилие выпечки, отличные фрукты. Пляж и море – выше всяких похвал. Бесплатные свободные лежаки, хотя и высокий сезон, были всегда, за чистотой песка постоянно следят, вход в море пологий, дно песчаное. Испечённые на пляже прямо при вас лепёшки гёзлеме – объедение. Свежие пляжные полотенца ежедневно.Трансфер к морю и назад ходит очень часто. Массажист Инда – замечательный профессионал, ручки золотые, шеф СПА Умит позитивный и всегда готов помочь.
Сейф в номере бесплатный, запас Колы, Фанты и воды в холодильнике пополняется ежедневно. Ещё мы довольны трансфером в отель и из него: поездки были комфортными и приятными, всё очень чётко. Наша семья прекрасно отдохнула, теперь будем ездить только сюда. Были перед этим на Майорке, всё прекрасно, но здесь прямо потрясающе. Огромное спасибо всем!

Что можно сделать лучше:
неудобные подушки, кондиционер прямо над кроватью, в результате чего мы все трое простыли, в ресторане отеля мухи (а в ресторане на пляже их нет!). Пол в нашем номере, судя по ощущениям, за 8 дней не мыли ни разу, хотя на первый взгляд было чисто и из покрывал сворачивали красивые фигуры.
И самый неприятный момент: в один из дней, когда мама находилась в номере, в дверь постучали и сразу же открыли своим ключом. Влетела сотрудница, взглядом полицейского осмотрела номер, сказала "сорри" и вышла. Проверку какой безопасности и по какому праву она осуществляла? Люди, находясь в своём оплаченном номере, могли переодеваться, заниматься сексом и т.д.

Fiyat/ fayda dengesi güzeldi. Sahili topraktı ve hafif dalgalıydı, sahilde çok eğlendik. Aile odasında konakladık ve odadan memnun kaldık. Çalışanların ilgisi ve güleryüzü de bir artı oldu. Çocuklu aileler için bilgilendirme olsun, çocuklar için de bol etkinlikli bir oteldi. 30 Ağustos zafer bayramını da otelde geçirdik ve o gün açık büfe çok daha özenli ve lezzetliydi.

Cons:

En büyük hayal kırıklığı artık yemeklerin çöpe gitmesinden kaynaklandı. Biz "yeşil restoran" konseptinin uygulanmadığını bizzat gözlerimizle görmüş olduk. Bu çok üzücüydü. Açık büfenin tatlı bölümü başarısızdı, pastalar çok kuruydu. Kahvaltıdaki pankekler tatlı bile değildi. Sahile götüren shuttle eski bir minibüs ve bu özensiz hissettirdi, sahile yürümek isterseniz de 8-10 dk yürümeniz gerekli. 30 Ağustos zafer bayramı doğrultusunda gerçekleştirilen havai fişek gösterisi profesyonellikten çok uzaktı. Yeşil bir alana yerleştirilen fişekler ateş alırken çevredeki bitkilere sıçradı ve bazı bitkileri tutuşturdu. Bunu kendi gözlerimizle gördük ve çok üzüldük.
