Pros:

Amabilitatea personalului și a directorului hotelului a fost una plăcută

Cons:

Experiența a fost neplăcută în principal din cauza gălăgiei permanente. Copiii alergau și urlau pe holuri, iar în camere se auzeau țipete și lovituri cu picioarele, indiferent de oră, fără ca părinții să intervină. Nici la masă nu exista liniște, copiii erau lăsați să facă ce vor și ajungeau chiar la mesele altor clienți. Consider că hotelul ar trebui să aibă un regulament clar privind zgomotul și comportamentul în spațiile comune, pentru a respecta și oaspeții care vin în concediu să se odihnească.
În plus, mâncarea se repeta frecvent, iar omleta era apoasă și imposibil de consumat.
Per total, este nevoie de mai multă atenție atât la liniștea oaspeților, cât și la calitatea mâncării.

Pros:

Comme d'habitude, tout est nickel. La piscine, la plage, la nourriture, l'animation.

Cons:

Les gens fument autour de la psicine même en présence des enfants.
Ca sera bien de limiter la zone fumer

Pros:

Mâncarea foarte bună, diversificată și proaspătă. Aceasta era completată permanent. Piscina curată, apa caldă. Pe plajă totul ingrijit și curat. Personalul zâmbitor și dispus să rezolve orice problemă. Salutări speciale managerului Deniz care s-a comportat ireproșabil. Hotelul dispune și de un salon, de câteva magazine.

Cons:

Cafeaua la aparat se servește după ora 10:00 în barul din lobby, astfel la mic dejun cafeaua este de fapt ness. La cină spațiul de servit masa devenea insuficient, iar pentru o familie de 4-6 membri se găsea mai greu o masă disponibilă, insă ospătarii încercau prompt să rezolve situația. La unele dintre baruri sucul este la dozator.

Choisi comme point de chute pour visiter la région !
Pros:

- Un personnel aimable, sympathique et très serviable
- Une qualité très correcte du buffet du repas du soir
- Propreté de l’hôtel
- Au global un bon rapport prix/qualité

Cons:

- Des sanitaires et des équipement fatigués (fuites, odeurs, airco …)
- Buffet petit déjeuner un peu décevant (très grand choix mais des produits souvent assez ´industriels’).
- Les parkings privatifs annoncés sont des terrains vagues adjacents à l’hôtel vampirisés par les véhicules majoritairement du personnel (sans doute) laissant peu/pas de places pour les (sans doute rares) clients se déplaçant en voiture
- Localisation de l’hôtel (limite d’une zone en développement)
- Cadre un peu tristounet et vieillot de la salle à manger ( réfectoire ?)

Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber. Das Bett war groß aber leider etwas zu hard für mein Geschmack . Das Buffet war sehr gut ,es gab immer eine große Auswahl an verschiedenen Essen und es schmeckte immer Lecker. Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war groß genug . Das Meer war zu Fuß 10 min Gehweg aber unser Hotel hatte ein Schuttelbus der alle 15 min gefahren ist .

Cons:

Wäre schön wenn jeder Mitarbeiter wenigstens über Englisch Kenntnisse verfügt. Mehr Auswahl an Cocktails und Getränken wäre super.

Pros:

Comfortable room, the pool is nice. Very good variety of food and drink in the inclusive package. The beach is a short shuttle bus or a 10 minute walk away, and has food and drink and all the facilities you would expect.

Cons:

On our first night the room we had booked was not available, so we were given a smaller room that was not suitable for a family of 3. We were moved to the room we had booked the next day. There is only 1 lift serving each part of the hotel, so you often have to wait a while if you don’t want to take the stairs!

Impeccable Cleanliness: The hotel is exceptionally clean, thanks to the amazing housekeeping staff. Our cleaning lady did a fantastic job every single day.
Amazing Food: The buffet was incredibly creative with a huge variety of options. We were especially impressed by the fantastic selection of red meat and fresh seafood.Perfect
Location & Shuttle: The hotel is located very close to the beach. The beach shuttle service is incredibly convenient and efficient.
Exceptional Staff & Service: The overall hospitality is outstanding. Everyone, from the hardworking waiters to the friendly beach shuttle driver, is incredibly polite and attentive.
Special Thanks: The reception staff is professional and welcoming. A special thanks to the lady working at the front desk for her kindness, and a huge shoutout to Muhammet Ali from Adana! He went above and beyond to make our stay perfect.
Overall, we are completely satisfied with our vacation and highly recommend Qella Hotel to anyone visiting Side.

При заселении учитывали ранний прилет и предложили комнату на несколько часов раньше. Хороший вид на море и горы.

Хороший отель. Не шумно, без тусовок. Работники всегда помогали, если возникали вопросы.
Pros:

Чистый отель, уборка каждый день. Для меня еда была вкусной.
Вечерние шоу, и хорошо что музыка не играла до ночи. Максимум до 23.00 это отлично. Не было шумно.

Cons:

Один большой минус. Нету в ресторане зоны для курящих и не курящих. Мой ребенок астматик. Второй ребенок не переносит вообще запах табака. Было очень тяжело найти на улице место, где можно спокойно покушать.

Детское диско каждый день одинаково и у бассейна физкультура, можно менять музыку и движения. Знали многие уже все наизусть, так же и диско. Моим детям стало скучно ходить на эти диско. А так все понравилось.
