Pros:

Современный отель в самом центре Софии. Метро в 5 минутах от отеля. Также добрались из аэропорта на метро. Чисто и комфортно, есть лифт.

Cons:

Не было разовых средств гигиены(зубной щётки, пасты, бритвы] не хватало и халата.

Very good. I would stay again
Pros:

Great location. Easy access to local places.

Cons:

I knew the hotel didn’t offer food facilities but the cafe next to it was very good for breakfast and lunch.

Hôtel très récent en plein centre
Pros:

Hôtel tout neuf, chambre spacieuse, salle de bain originale, personnel sympathique, très proche du centre, plateau de courtoisie.

Cons:

La climatisation arrive directement sur vous quand vous êtes au lit, du coup on a passé la nuit à l'allumer, l'éteindre, l'allumer... La salle de bain est originale, mais l'un de nous n'a pas aimé la porte qui glisse pour fermer soit les WC, soit la douche.

Pros:

Veľká izba, príjemná lokalita a fajn servis v hoteli. Klíma fungovala na výbornú, pohodlná posteľ, pracovný stolík a dobré osvetlenie izby.

My "home" in Bulgaria.
Pros:

The staff are friendly, when I had issues with cash, the front desk staff assisted me to break my Eur 50. It was unfortunate I had to move to another hotel because of a previous booking otherwise I could have stayed there for a week easily. I was the only one who used the gym I think and the location was perfect, only a few steps away from the main attractions (touristy places).

Recommended for comfort and location
Pros:

​This hotel is a great choice if you want to be right in the center of everything. The rooms are modern, very clean, and come with a very comfortable bed and fast wi-fi.

Cons:

​The only improvement is regarding the arrival experience. The reception staff did their jobs professionally, but the interaction felt very standard and lacking in warmth. If the team could be a bit more approachable and smiling, it would elevate the entire stay.
