Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, convenient location, spatious room, a digital panel for "Clean up"/"Do no Disturb" etc. indication - just tap the icon and it will light up its outside counterpart, no need for door hangers.

Cons:

1. Laundry service is provided by an external contractor (there's no washer in the hotel itself), and the service is said to be unpredictable timing-wise (could take more that 24 hours to complete). I wanted to clean my clothes a day before leaving, but there was a risk of them being ready too late, so I ended up doing the laundry manually. Should've thought of asking about all this earlier.
2. No privacy latch on the room door.

Descanso perfecto a 2 minutos a pie del centro
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta para hacer turismo. Limpieza impecable. Instalaciones nuevas y muy comodas.

Cons:

Todo genial. Algún colgador extra para las toallas estaría bien.
