Good stay in London
Pros:

Clean studio, close to Finsbury park station and underground. Quite and has everything which necessary. Kind and smiley girl at the reception. Thank you!

Cons:

We made a reservation for deluxe studio but I think that we were accommodated in standard studio. Except this, everything was very good. I recommend!

If you need a place to stay when coming to London for The Arsenal
Pros:

We got the triple room for 3 guys coming down to London to watch football. From the point of view of needing somewhere to stay for the night, with no frills,required, this was perfect. The room was big enough for the 3 of us, very clean, an excellent large shower room and a little seating area amend kitchenette. We were out most of the time and literally just slept in the room. But it 100% met our needs and we will definitely use it again for the next time we are down for a game. It is a budget hotel mind, so if I brought my wife down for a theatre weekend, I would go a little more upmarket

Cons:

For the price, there is nothing to complain about. But be aware, there are literally no additional facilities, such as dining, room service, vending machines or anythibg else - apart from your kitchenette in your room.

Schnelle Anbindung zur U-Bahn, zum Bus und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Ein recht passables Bett.

Wie andere schon bemängelten, die Hellhörigkeit, das grüne Licht, das kleine Badezimmer.
Im Bad roch es außerdem muffig/ schimmelig, ich weiß nicht genau was da so komisch gerochen hat. Es hat ewig gedauert bis warmes Wasser kam, die Klobrille war an einer Seite defekt, so das diese ständig verrutscht ist wenn man sich drauf gesetzt hat. Die Klobürste sollte DRINGEND mal erneuert werden!
Am Waschbeckenunterschrank war ein brauner Rand, sieht eklig aus, ich wollts nicht anfassen um zu ertasten was es sein kann. In der Küche waren zwar Geräte vorhanden aber kein Lappen oder Spülmittel. In der Besteckschublade sah es sehr überschaubar aus, dafür dass das ein 3 Bett Zimmer ist. Außerdem hatten wir nur ein großes Duschtuch für 2 Personen. Fernseher funktioniert auch nur wenn man sich vorher einen ROKU Account anlegt und das Gerät selbstständig mit dem W-LAN verbindet. Fenster waren zur Straße raus. Damit man nicht gesehen wird muss man allerdings die ganze Zeit die dunklen Rollos komplett geschlossen halten, auch am Tag.
Der Check In war alles andere als Willkommen. Wir fühlten uns als ob wir den Mitarbeiter beim Serie schauen gestört hätten. Schnell die Zimmerkarte ausgehändigt und die Zimmernummer gesagt bekommen und uns dann weggeschickt.

Pros:

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko stadionu Arsenal - ok. 15 minut piechotą po meczu to bardzo istotne. Cena adekwatna do jakości. Czysto. Miły personel. Pokój był dostępny godzinę wcześniej. Można pozostawić bagaż. Blisko węzeł komunikacyjny.

A disappointing stay in a poorly maintained property, made worse by excessive noise and concerning booking security issu
Pros:

The location was convenient for our stay, but unfortunately, there wasn’t much else that stood out positively.

Cons:

The property was quite run-down and poorly maintained, with visible cracks in the walls, and the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

The stay itself was disappointing. There was considerable noise from other guests, and housekeeping added to the disturbance by cleaning and making noise directly outside our door early on Saturday morning.

More concerningly, my booking information appeared to have been compromised, as I received fraudulent messages from scammers impersonating the hotel and attempting to get me to pay for my stay again. This was particularly worrying and raised serious concerns about the security of my personal information.

Overall, it wasn’t a particularly pleasant or restful experience.

Be careful about the room you get
Pros:

Location near Finsbury park station with easy connections. The room we finally got after making a big fuss was nice. We had booked deluxe studio of which pictures on booking.com shows ground floor room with windows. However room given was a small narrow bed room. Dark and dingy with no windows. After multiple calls to the number, Mr Adam picked up the phone. Tried to pull a fast one saying that this was actually an upgrade. Eventually agreed that they had given us the cheapest economy room. We wasted a lot of time. He then said please cancel your booking and take refund. Now at 9 pm where would we have gone. We put a complaint and waited. Finally a nice lady came and assured us the better room next morning. We got a room on first floor which was far better. It was actually in the next building. Their hotel has 3 buildings.

Perfect Stay !!!
Pros:

The location is very good, with pub, bakery, little supermarkets around and the road where the Finsbury park is located is very quiet. All we need is around us, stayed there for 4 nights visiting London with my sister and my mum to celebrate Mum's 85th Birthday, the staff specially Yozin help us in everything we need it.

Cons:

The only thing is it doesn't have a lift, so be aware of that,( it is and old building so we understand that) and could do with a mirror in the room even a little one will help. We definitely will come back.
