Good location with some short falls in facilities

Centrally located, well priced

Cons:

Air con in family rooms is very poor. 2nd bed barely gets aircon. Buffet breakfast is not good for vegetarians. Some kitchen staff are not helpful to make any vegetarian food like fried rice. Some rooms don’t have windows.

Horrible
Cons:

I came around 330 pm expecting that my room was ready, but unfortunately no. It wasnt READY at all. Had to wait for 45 MINS just for the cleaner to clean my room. If that so the hotel could just remind me to come late for the check in so I can go anywhere first eventhough at booking.com it was mentioned that I can check in around 12pm. Really wasting my time and my daughter had to sleep at the lobby while waiting for the room. Not recommended to stay here. This is my first n last!

Terrible, unpleasant and definitely not recommended!
Pros:

The fellow residents were great! We had fun chatting with them in the reception! Which has nothing to do with the hotel itself!

Cons:

The staff were super unprofessional and don’t know how to do their job appropriately!
The room can only have one functional key at a time, even though they offer extra keys for a 50 MYR deposit but still doesn’t open the door! Which I’ve never experienced in my entire life!
The breakfast was anything but good, low quality bad service, not clean, not a lot of choices, U get to have only one drink, if U want another U have to pay and the employee rudely asks U about the room number before even sitting at the table to make sure that U paid for this terrible breakfast because it’s an extra that I would definitely not recommend! Of course without even saying hello or good morning!

Comfortable to sleep in Kuala Lumpur and see the city.
Pros:

The location is good to lost in Kuala Lumpur. We spent one night there and we were near from the street market food. Also we come by walk from Petronas towers walking around the city. The hotel is enough if you will spend the most of the time outside and you only want to sleep in the room.
