Avoid this rental at all costs. You probably will be better off staying in a motel.
Pros:

Nothing was good with my experience with this rental. From a horrible check in to a disastrous check-out with a lockout in between days.

Cons:

There was NOTHING to like. The entire stay was a disaster.
1. I made a same day booking, got a confirmation but when we were checking in, we were told that the room was already taken as it was double booked.
2. I went to check-in after 5 and didn’t get in the room until after 7 PM because the host managing this rental was very hard to contact and check in was very confusing.
3. We were given a replacement room but it was so small and full of stuff that the price I was charged (P10k for 2 nights) was so unbelievably high for such mediocre rental.
4. When we returned to the room late on the 2nd night, the digital keypad would not accept our key code. We got there at around 9:30 PM, couldn’t open the door and we as well as the guards at the lobby could not get a hold of the host or the owner. After over an hour, the host decided to show up but was unable to open the door to our room. Apparently, only the owner has the authority to reset the key code but unfortunately for us, he was out of the country and not answering his phone.
5. The host took pity on us and gave us another room for the night as my other elderly companions (75 and older) were already sleeping at the sofas in the lobby. From 9:30 PM, when we tried to enter our room but couldn’t, we were finally able to get in a transitional room around 12:30 AM.
6. The host was able to finally get a hold of the owner the next morning to get a new code but still didn’t work so the host was the one to finally able to open the door.
It was an exhausting and very stressful ordeal, from beginning to end. The only redeeming point in this rental was the proximity to where we were attending a relative’s wake.
