Phòng 101 hôi thúi không ngủ nghỉ được
Cửa nhà vệ sinh đóng không được kín nên mùi hôi thối của toilet bay vô phòng thật khủng khiếp
Khách sạn không có thang máy
Nhân viên lễ tân không hướng dẫn cách mở cửa phòng cũng như cách mở công tắc nguồn trong phòng
