Availability. Price and staff had the accommodation ready for us to enter late.
Improving cleaning details. No milk on arrival in the fridge and not much privacy. No spare blankets available in double room.
The room was very clean, tidy, warm & had everything you need. The location was excellent too. Very central & handy to get around the city.

Shower itself was good but the shower curtain was useless

The 2 inch lip into the bathroom (tripped) not enough knife and fork,plates.the heater stopped working, no blanket (got cold) hot plate would not turn off unless at the wall switch.did not clean/remake room or remove the rubbish after 2 nights.
The bed was not comfortable, so hard.
In the right area, liked how close it was to the gardens and fairly easy into the city.
Loved the walk in shower and the shower pressure, didn't want to get out.
No staff to be greeted by. Heater was confusing as it was really hot when I arrived, finally got it turned off but couldn't adjust the heat. Got cold over the night, even with the extra blanket, coming into NZ winter you'd expect a bit of a warmer blanket on the bed. Bed was hard and had quite an uncomfortable sleep. The "couch" felt like a pull out bed couch and was quite uncomfortable to be relaxing on after a long day etc. The TV was confusing to just find regular TV, but I had my daughter with me and couldn't watch Netflix even though its an option. Had to use YouTube and there were random profiles fixed in, should always just have guest option for places like these.
Location and shower were good
The only things that could have been better was having an extra blanket for the bed. There was only one thin duvet and I would have liked more. There was no hair dryer and plenty of coffee sachets but no teabags.
O hotel já estava todo pronto para a nossa chegada , o aquecedor ligado , tudo pronto para o nosso descanso da viagem , com certeza quando eu retornar para Invercargill me hospedarei aqui novamente ..

The bed was hard, the digital heater didn't work and my partner froze during the night.
Clean bathroom and nice bed.

No sleep at all. Next door costumers having a big party until 5am...

TV not setup for tv. Saw no staff at all.
