We both very disappointed on the condition..
Pros:

Good location. Nothing else.

Cons:

No heater working. Only heater was in bathroom. Moldy ceiling in bathroom. TV we couldn't get tv1 or3. No tea towel. No face cloths. Only a summer duvet on bed . Bed very hard. Bathroom basin plug wouldn't close.

Pros:

This motel is ideal for my needs, however I have now stayed on 2 occasions and the heating has failed to work on both occasions. However will happily stay there again.

Clean but a bit rough
Pros:

The room was clean and tidy and equipped for cooking.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable. Hard, woke up with a sore body as a result. Not enough blankets, the pillows felt cheap/poor quality. The couch was also quite rough. Cupboards were worn, chipped, doors not hanging on straight.. Not that it really matters, but overall it was a bit shabby.

Pros:

It suited my needs perfectly as s single traveler working in Invercargill, it was clean and very comfortable, warm good tv and good compact kitchen facilities and I would very happily stay again

Cons:

The bathroom could use some better window shades, and the floor of the shower could have been cleaner, but over all very clean

Pros:

Overall nice spacious living room, bathroom and bedroom

Cons:

Toilet seat was way to short and didn’t fit on the toilet bowl which was appalling for me as a man it was somewhat okay but for my partner it was horrible she almost fell off it also the tv looked as if it had been smashed it had lines all over it and a big chunk of the screen had dead pixels all black it’s shocking how bad it was considering I stayed in the studio for cheaper and it was miles better quality

A nice, fairly priced studio hotel room.
Pros:

The main room was very spacious and clean on arrival. The room was also well furnished with a couch, coffee table, a dining table, a TV and there were several packets of tea and coffee in the kitchen area.

Cons:

While not as bad as some reviewers have made it out to be, there were several mould growths on the ceiling of the bathroom. It was a bit off putting.

The accommodation slightly exceeded my expectations so I was satisfied.
Pros:

Good location. Room well appointed for the price.

Cons:

External light couldn't be turned off resulting in the room being quite light at night.

Excelent and Easy!
Pros:

Super easy to check in and out, great location and parking was right outside my room.

Cons:

I struggled to work the heater but once it was going I was not cold so no harm done.
