Loved our stay in this hotel which was perfectly located in Milan!
Pros:

Excellent location. Reception staff very friendly and helpful throughout our stay but when we arrived especially. Clean and spacious with cooking facilities.

Cons:

The sofa bed was slightly low and uncomfortable but we were very tired so still slept well.

Pros:

Ótima localização, quarto e banheiros muito amplos e bons! Estrutura boa e com a possibilidade de tomar café dentro do próprio edifício. Tudo ótimo!

The front desk staff was incredibly kind and professional

It was worth the money. Great location and staff.
Pros:

Very central and close to the subway and train.
It was very convenient to check in/ut and open the doors. The apartment is fresh and clean.

Cons:

The aircondition is quite noisy.

Pros:

Numa was overall a good hotel and great value. There was loads of space in the apartment and plenty of room for a family of 5. The host was very help and spoke English, which was a bonus. There was also a laundry with a dryer that is free and was very helpful when travelling.

Cons:

Bathroom setup was a bit awkward and didn't have a lock on the door. Also trying to find the actual location of the hotel was difficult, as the door was hidden and signage was not obvious.

Pros:

Palazzo bellissimo. Personale gentilissimo. Ho apprezzato la pulizia, la qualità dei letti e dei tessili, la cura dei dettagli nell’arredo. Ho apprezzato moltissimo il servizio di deposito bagagli gratuito dopo il check-out in un ambiente accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort. Sorprendente e graditissimo l’aperitivo di benvenuto dedicato a mia figlia che quel giorno ha compiuto gli anni.

Cons:

Sarebbe gradita una piccola colazione inclusa nel costo dell’alloggio.

Pros:

Très bel hôtel sécurisé dans l’hypercentre de Milan, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. Nous avons pu profiter des lockers avec un petit espace détente, café gratuit et toilettes après le Check out en attendant notre départ pour l’aéroport, prestation très appréciable.

Cons:

Toutes les démarches à faire en ligne, je préfère avoir à faire à un humain, d’autant plus que le personnel qu’on a croisé était adorable.

Great location, bathroom like youth hostel, not good value for money.
Pros:

Great location. Very friendly front desk. Good size room. Ac works well. Main bed comfortable.

Cons:

Pull out not comfortable. First contact via WhatsApp is suspicious . Seems like hacker phishing so didn’t “check in” ahead of time.

Digital Checkin - takes 10 mins for 4 guests in one room. WiFi slow. What if 2 groups were ahead of us? Suggest same contact info button for all in one room.

Door pin hard to remember. What if phone battery dies while traveling in? Getting into room if wine with dinner?

WiFi in room one bar, drops frequently . A stretch to say hotel offers wifi if you can’t use it.

Shower door not attached to tub. Bathroom & toilet completely soaked when showering. Next person can’t use toilet after previous shower. Need 3 towels to clean it up each time. Floor will not survive long term.

Pros:

Està muy bien ubicado, limpio, reformado y muy bien equipado (cafetera, frigorífico, gel/champú, secador de pelo, espacios para dejar la maleta u otros enseres…).

Cons:

Pero hay que tener en cuenta que no entrarán en la habitación durante tu estancia para limpiar o reponer.

Super nice hotel very nicely renovated rooms with great air conditioning. Nicely decorated very spacious rooms. Extreme good location. We were impressed.

Towels were so old they had holes on them but still clean so no problem in the end.
