النظافة والأمان

Cons:

بوفية الإفطار لم يكن متنوع ومسؤول الكافي في الفترة المسائيه يفتقد احترام المقيم بالفندق ولا يوجد اولويه للمقيمين بالفندق حيث طلبت مشاهدة المباره وذكر لي بأنه لابد من حجز ولم يتم إيضاح ذلك وابلغته بانه لأمنع لدي من دفع رسوم المكوث بالكافي رغم كان الكافي لزوار وليسى للمقيمين بالفندق نرجو إيضاح ذلك للمقيمين بالفندق ونرجو اختيار المسؤلين عن ذلك بعنايه كي لا يفقد الفندق مستواه
