For short duration on business it was OK.

Check-in and overcharging
Pros:

Other than the location to my event, nothing else I liked about this hotel.

Cons:

Everything right from check-in staff especially on the arrival date, the two ladies at the reception have zero customer service skills. It took way over 2hours to get checked in, and that was after the intervention of some two senior managers who saw our stay and frustration through the CCTV and decided to come down to the reception.
I was charged double the amount that was showing on booking.com. it took a long time to get that resolved, and even then am still awaiting a refund.
The room is not cleaned unless you demand, and even done is so poor that the room was so dirty and walls stained and moldy. This is not a good hotel to recommend.

الغرفة نظيفة و مثالية للنوم و الحمام نظيف و هذا اهم شي في اي إقامة فندقية

قديم بعض الشي في الممرات و المدخل ، مكان الإفطار مزدحم و اغلب النزلاء من الطبقة الشعبية بعض الشي

Es ist sehr nahe der Citystars Mall, dies war der Grund, dass ich dieses Hotel gebucht habe.

Cons:

Jeden Tag mussten wir mehrmals die Zimmerkarten neu aktivieren, Checkin und Checkout dauert viel zu lange. Hotel ist ok aber nicht sauber... eher schmudelig... Frühstück ist langweilig und nicht schön prasentiert. Restaurant ist ungemütlich..

1- في اليوم الاول لم يأتي احد لحمل الحقائب الخاصة بي وفور وصولي تواصلت مع الاستقبال لصيانه الخزانه الخاصة بدولاب الغرفة لاستخدامها لحفظ ممتلكاتي لم يأتي احد
2- في اليوم التالي الفطار غير مطابق للصور المعروضة علي بوكينج تماما و صغير و يحتوي علي فطار تقليدي جدا
3- في اليوم التالي من اقامتي يوم السبت توجهت لحمام السباحة برفقة أسرتي و طلبت من موظفي حمام السباحة مناشف لاكتر من مرة يكون الرد مفيش اصل في المغسلة ربع ساعه و اجيبلك و فات حوالي اكتر من ساعتين و مماطلات من الموظفين المسئولين عن مناشف حمام السباحة مما ادي الي حدووووث إغماء لطفلي الرضيع بسبب البرد الشديد حيث كان طفلي مبتل ف كنا بحاجة للفوط الخاصة بحمّام السباحه لتدفئة الطفل.
كنت عايز اغادر المكان فور حدوث هذا الموقف و لكن اعلم أنني لم استرد المبلغ للإقامة به في مكان آخر
