Pros:

Hotel has all necessary facilities to stay confortably. Comfy beds and spacious room with a japanese toilet in the bathroom. Soundproofing is good. Privacy also good. It has a self service laundry also. Water filter also there. Just 200m to Ximen MRT entrance and Ximen walking street. Staff is helpful and speak good English

Cons:

Entrance is from a dark alley so uber cannot drop you at doorstep. Its a short walk though.

Strategic location with eateries nearby
Pros:

Very convenient location with lots of eateries around. Room is also clean, and the toilet has built in bidet. There are also coin washer and dryer available, suitable for long stays. The staffs are also very helpful and accomodating.

Cons:

A little bit hard to find if you come from Ximen mrt.

Staff welcoming.

Excellent location. Right in the hub! So close to train station. Easy too to order Uber.

Clean spacious room. Very nice duvets. Excellent air conditioning. Quiet and peaceful.

The Japanese bidet in the bathroom.
Pantry room with coffee tea hot chocolate espresso etc. Fridge in the room too! Fridge and freezer in common area for anyone to use and it's very clean and everyone labels their food items. Microwave in the common area. Washing machine and dryer.

Water pressure in the shower is phenomenal!!!!! And the hot water is superb!

It's in the alley. There are two entrances though so you can choose the wider alley entrance versus the narrower one.

BOOK WITHOUT ANY HESITATION. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!!

Comfortable stay that’s walkable distance to the hustle and bustle of the Ximending district
Pros:

Vicinity to the hustle and bustle of Ximending as well as the food market. Free coffee/milk tea from their machine as well as water dispenser for water refills. Washer and dryer on site.

Cons:

Located in a smelly alley. 5th floor room was far from the elevator. Shower didn’t have any areas to place personal washing products. Bathroom sink also hardly had room for placing toiletry items. Front desk receptionists never smiled and had neutral facial expressions.

가성비 좋은 호텔, 시원한 에어컨, 따뜻한 물이 콸콸 ㅎㅎ, 배수 시원하게 잘 되고요.
아이스크림 쿠폰을 사용하지는 않았지만 세심한 배려가 좋았음.
침구가 좋았음.

Cons:

시설이 살짝 노후화 됨. 좋은 골목으로 들어가야 해서 밤에는 여자 혼자 위험해보임..

部屋が広くて快適でした。

Cons:

部屋に入った時、少し変な独特な臭いがしたのが気になった。
トレイシャワーの水回りの所の扉を閉めたらマシになったので、水回りの独特な臭いが原因だったのかも？！
それ以外は文句なし！総じて快適ではあった。
