Le personnel est très accueillant et chaleureux.
Le confort de la literie.
Manque de transats autour de la piscine.
Réfrigérateur non fonctionnel.
Manque de peignoirs et chaussons.
Porte de la salle de bain qui ne ferme pas complètement.
Manque d’une deuxième carte pour l’accès à la chambre.
Parking non sécurisé.
Surtout Une fille de la réception - Ana Beatriz Mello. Niveau internationale
Chambre et salle de bains mal conservées;
TV avec peux de chaînes et sans internet; Buffet du petit déjeuner pas du tout bon; Une journée affectée par intoxication alimentaire à cause du buffet du soir (même une heure avant la fin plusieurs items manquants, et en plus ça!);
Piscine dangereuse (marques erronées de profondeurs - risque d’accidents sérieux).
La cama está muy bien y muy cómoda, la piscina y el jardín muy bien cuidados, el desayuno muy bueno y el restaurante para comer y/o cenar es excelente, tiene una carta muy variada y el cocinero o cocinera debe ser muy bueno.
En realidad no hubo nada que destacara por no gustarme.

Etablissement idéalement situé, en bord de mer et à moins de 10m en voiture du plateau. Chambres propres et conformes aux photos, hôtel bien entretenu au quotidien. Personnel accueillant. Piscine avec vue mer très appréciable. Je recommande.

GREAT breakfast buffet - the best we had in 4,5 weeks in Cape Verde. Very tidy, huge room, good water pressure, nice pool, ATM in the entrance hall,... but the absolutely best of all was to see Ana - the whole family fell in love with her, especially our daughter :)
Good location to explore Praia, you could walk to the city center, go to the beach with mainly locals,... but if you prefer to stay at the resort you will have a great time, too!
Le lieu et le personnel ainsi que l’hôtel était très agréable
The hotel is very nice, we stayed there twice. The rooms we stayed were big and comfortable. There is a nice swimming pool to refresh from the hot weather in Praia. The location of the hotel is also excellent, Praia is not a walking city and the hotel is a short taxi ride from all attractions, including bars and restaurants.
