The personnell is very nice, specially the manager that is walking around asking if you need anything and making sure everything is okay.
The location is nice because you can basically walk everywhere. They also help you arrange transfers to the airport.
The rooms are a bit old and although the swimming pool is very big it’s a bit dirty (not the water itself but the floor.
Nice hotel in the quiet area, 5 mins walk from Praia da prainha beach.
Rooms are clean, tidy and cozy. The hotel has its own swimming pool with nice warm water, and can accommodate children and adults. The hotel has its restaurant, bar with nice drinks 🍷 and atmosphere.
All the staff are friendly, helpful especially the waiter guys in the restaurant. They are good guys 🤝👍. The hotel has its own dog 🐕 too, who’s really friendly and cute (named as Trufa). ☺️.
5 mins walk from Praia da prainha beach and there’s one restaurant, and 20 mins walk from Praia da quebra canella. Can get taxi from the hotel to the city or you can walk 15 to 20 mins to the city, as the weather is good and always warm and hot 🔥.
There’s the Sucupira market too.
Definitely will be back next year again 👍

This is not applicable because the hotel is lovely, just two little things.
The hotel should have some activity sometimes for the guests (but you can always go to the bar, or go out for walk and sit on the sea side), and if the booking is with half-board then should have more choice on the half-board menu.
Otherwise, everything is amazing there. 👍

Great breakfast, great pool, comfortable spacious rooms, bar and restaurants are nice. But the real stars are the staff. Proactive and nice, no friction whatsoever when problem solving. Lovely!
A few bugs sometimes, but to be expected in Cape Verde. Otherwise top notch.
O principal: simpatia dos funcionários e atenção com o cliente. Destaco também a qualidade das instalações, pequeno almoço ótimo e variado. O restaurante Creole é bastante bom, o bar de convívio ao lado da piscina é muito confortável.
A piscina é de água salgada e, por vezes, principalmente de tarde, a mistura sal e água quente tornava-a ligeiramente desconfortável. De qualquer forma, prefiro sempre praia e as opções muito perto do hotel eram boas.

A estrutura é mantida muito bem, organizada e limpa. O staff merece nota 10 pela gentileza. Realmente não mediram esforços para nos ajudar e nos fazer sentir em casa. Um agradecimento especial à Ana que nos deu informações preciosas.
