Better than expected
Pros:

In reality this place looks better compared to the pictures. The property feels larger. The rooms are big enough and have the proper basics.
Especially the breakfast area is cosy due to the high ceiling and the big windows. The breakfast itself is basic, but sufficient.
At reception there is tea and hot water always available which was helpful due to the mild height illness we had and the need of tea to recover.
The hotel is also really close to the commercial center of the town. The transport to the trainstation is really helpful.

Cons:

Not much, the bathrooms are a bit dull, too functional.

Schöne Unterkunft mit toller Lage und Alpakas
Pros:

Wir hatten insgesamt einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.
Positiv hervorzuheben sind vor allem die Alpakas, die der Unterkunft einen besonderen Charme verleihen. Außerdem ist die Lage sehr gut und die Zimmer sind angenehm groß.

Cons:

Verbesserungspotenzial gibt es jedoch beim Frühstück, das uns nicht überzeugt hat. Die Lüftung im Badezimmer funktionierte leider nicht. Zudem wurde die Straße vor der Unterkunft gerade gebaut, wodurch der Zugang zur Unterkunft zeitweise etwas schwierig war.
Insgesamt eine schöne Unterkunft mit einigen kleineren Schwächen.

Hotel hermoso, acogedor y con la mejor atención 😁
Pros:

Todo!! Lugar muy lindo. Habitaciones amplias, limpias. El personal A1, desde un inicio, la atención del personal fue excelente. Nos guardaron las camionetas, nos consiguieron movilidad para ir a la estación del tren y al retorno de machupicchu nos fueron a recoger en vehículos muy cómodos. Llegamos super felices al hotel. Nos encantó las llamitas, áreas verdes y juegos para nuestros niños. Desayuno muy rico. Todo excelente!! Nos sentimos muy felices en el hotel♥️♥️♥️

Pros:

The staff were very welcoming. The rooms were ready when we arrived.

Good comfortable beds, spacious rooms and nice balcony view. Excellent breakfast.

The staff helped in booking a car for Sacred Valley tour.

Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Séjour adorable en famille!
Pros:

Le petit déjeuné était parfait il y avait plusieurs variétés, l’emplacement wow une superbe vue sur les montagnes, des bébés alpagas qu’on pouvait nourrir et ld personnel très attentif !

Cons:

La distribution de l’eau, il faudrait pouvoir remplir nos bouteilles d’eau sans être obligé d’en racheter car nous avons seulement droit à 4 petites bouteilles en arrivant, sinon au moins en remettre à tous les jours.

Pros:

The staff was extremely helpful., specially Abraham. The view from the hotel was amazing. Breakfast was quite good. My son was quiet happy feeding the alpacas

Cons:

The room was not very clean, you should also look under the beds. During breakfast only one person working there is not enough . You could hear people on the second floor walking around from 3am.

Perfekter Aufenthalt für die Reise zum Machu Picchu
Pros:

Schon beim Einchecken wurde abgesprochen, wann wir für den nächsten Tag den Shuttle zum und vom Bahnhof für unseren Ausflug zum Machu Picchu benötigen. Es klappte alles hervorragend und auch die Frühstückspakete standen 05:45Uhr für uns bereit. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Zimmer sauber und ansprechend.

Pros:

Café da manhã ótimo, terraço e pátio muito agradável e hotel claramente moderno para a localização, nos agradou muito alimentar as lhamas no pátio! Hahahah

Cons:

Shampoos e condicionadores sao 2 em 1 dados em sachês, recomendo levar consigo o seu. Além disso, pedimos um serviço de taxi para o aeroporto de Cusco, nos disseram que estava reservado, realizei o pagamento adiantado e, na hora, não estava fechado: o staff que estava na hora foi super atencioso em correr atrás para conseguir um taxi para nós, mas fiquei com medo de demorar e perder o voo. Apenas esse descuido que foi resolvido, só quero deixar registrado para que os próximos se certifiquem que esteja tudo em ordem de antemão.

Nos quedamos solo una noche, el lugar es bello. A 250mts de la plaza de armas.
Pros:

El lugar es soñado, las camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

Es un poco alejado del centro y de la estación pero ofrecen el traslado lo cual es muy bueno. El desayuno lo tomamos cerca de las 8am lo cual avisamos previamente y cuando llegamos al comedor había muy pocas cosas para comer. Se podía pedir huevo pero en gral todo lo del desayuno era escaso. Igualmente la relación precio calidad es buenisima!
