Pros:

Staff molto gentile, splendida area esterna, immersa nel verde e con bella piscina. Ottima posizione, centro di Merano raggiungibile in poco tempo a piedi

We loved it and didn’t want to leave-a true vacation property.
Pros:

The history and staying in a castle nearly 1200 years old. Very friendly and accommodations made by the staff. we felt special everyday - there are only 30 rooms which means it was relaxing. we were never rushed at a meal. They were willing to save our unfinished bottle of wine for the next dinner. Friendly staff everyday. Great local recommendations by the Manager David. We really appreciated being able to upgrade our room as it became available to the top king suite with a spiral staircase and 360 views- a highlight of our stay!

Cons:

Depending on your comfort level - there is Via Scena next to the property - at certain times was a little noisy. however we didn’t spend much time in the room.

Lovely stay in a beautiful historic castle close to Meran centre and mountains
Pros:

Location, facilities , swimming pools wellness, sacrocranial treatment, breakfast !

Cons:

No blackout curtain ( was not sure if outside shutters were functional)

Soggiorno rilassante 🥰
Pros:

Struttura molto accogliente con staff disponibile e gentilissimo ❣️ abbiamo soggiornato con un cagnolino e ci hanno davvero riempito di attenzioni e premure e non è scontato quando si viaggia con un animale! Inoltre abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la zona spa che era davvero confortevole e pulita!

Zum Ausruhen und Entspannen ideal!!!
Pros:

Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Lage fantastisch und sehr ruhig. Die Anlage punktet mit seinem Außenbereich.

Cons:

Schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Fenster, Möbel und einiges Inventar sind abgewohnt und teilweise kaputt. Das Frühstück ist leider auch nicht so vielfältig. Die Brötchen eher altbacken.
