Es war einzigartig und traumhaft schön und das Essen vorzüglich

Einmal Schlossherr sein
Pros:

Die Ruhe, Freundlichkeit und Gelassenheit mit welcher Hotelbetrieb durchgeführt wird. Der Gast stört nicht, sondern Wünsche werden freundlich umgesetzt.

Cons:

Ich hätte gerne ein Bett ohne Begrenzung an den Füßen. Dusche in der Wanne ist altmodisch, aber es ist ein altes Schloss

ERHOLUNG - man ist Willkommen von der ersten Sekunde!
Pros:

Super Lage. In 15 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in der Stadt. Obwohl in dieser Straße auch viel Verkehr nach oben (Schenna ...) herrscht, ist es nachts total ruhig. Der Garten ist wunderschön. Der Außenpool ist nicht beheizt, doch wenn es einem dort noch zu kalt zum Schwimmen ist, dann geht man eben einfach nach Innen und chillt im Garten. Im Mai war der direkte Zugang in den Garten noch geschlossen. Aber da man Bademäntel hat, ist es kein Problem durch das Hotel zu Laufen. Thema Bademäntel, es ist das erste Mal, dass man sich eine Größe vorab aussuchen kann. So hat ein Mann mit 1,85 m. einen Bademantel in XL, der bis über das Knie geht. Super Service!!!
SEHR freundliches Personal. Egal an welcher Stelle. Die Frühstücksfeen, der Barkeeper, die Rezeption. Wir haben nie ein mürrisches Gesicht gesehen - DANKE! ... ach, die Putzfeen nicht vergessen! Wir hatten vorm Frühstück vergessen, das "nicht stören" Schild anzubringen. Und prompt waren sie im Zimmer als wir mit dem Frühstück fertig waren. Da haben die den Trubo eingeschalten. Und trotzdem alles pico bello!! Super Job. Ein tolles Team - weiter so!
Regenschirme vor Ort, Bushaltestelle ein paar Meter weg.
Zimmer: coole Einrichtung. Passt einfach zum Schloss.
Adults only - dazu muss man ja nichts sagen. Außer - Erholung!
Wenn wir wieder nach Meran kommen, dann ins Rundegg!

Cons:

Fernseher sehr klein für ein so großes Zimmer. Hier wäre ein kleines Sofa noch nett gewesen. Am besten die Stühle aufpolstern lassen. Dann sind die bequemer und das Sofa kann wieder weg.
Einen großen Schuhlöffel haben wir vermisst (oder nicht gefunden?) - aber das ist Jammern auf sehr hohem Niveau...

Idyllische liebevolle Wohlfühloase in Meran
Pros:

Wunderschönes liebevoll geführtes Hotel in Bestlage von Meran mit einem traumhaft schön angelegten Garten und Infinitypool.
Das gesamte Personal inclusive der Besitzer waren freundlich und zuvorkommend und liessen keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker, vorallem das morgentliche weichgekochte Ei, welches immer frisch zubereitet wurde. Am Abend konnten wir uns, auf einer täglich wechselnden Menükarte, unsere Gänge bzw. Gerichte selbst zusammenstellen, was ich persönlich klasse fand. Das Essen war eine 10/10. Auch die Weinkarte war sehr umfangreich mit gut ausgewählten Weinen.

Unser Zimmer war gross und sehr gepflegt. Da mir die Matratze etwas zu hart war, fragte ich nach einem Topper. Auch dieser Wunsch wurde mir sofort erfüllt.
Wer seinen Urlaub in einem Wellnesshotel in ruhiger Lage erleben möchte ist hier genau richtig. Wenn ich nochmal nach Meran komme, werde ich dieses Hotel auf jeden Fall wieder wählen.
Vielen Dank für diese unvergesslichen Tage. Wir haben uns bei Euch sehr wohlgefühlt.

We loved it and didn’t want to leave-a true vacation property.
Pros:

The history and staying in a castle nearly 1200 years old. Very friendly and accommodations made by the staff. we felt special everyday - there are only 30 rooms which means it was relaxing. we were never rushed at a meal. They were willing to save our unfinished bottle of wine for the next dinner. Friendly staff everyday. Great local recommendations by the Manager David. We really appreciated being able to upgrade our room as it became available to the top king suite with a spiral staircase and 360 views- a highlight of our stay!

Cons:

Depending on your comfort level - there is Via Scena next to the property - at certain times was a little noisy. however we didn’t spend much time in the room.
