Bra leilighet med egen parkeringskjeller og gåavstand til sentrum.
Pros:

Moderne leilighet med alle fasiliteter. Rent og fint, gåavstand til sentrum. Egen airconditioni på soverommet er ekstra positivt. Parkering i kjelleren med låsbar garasjeport. En leilighet jeg varmt kan anbefale.

Fabulous in every way. Agustino was a great host and we had a wonderful stay in chiavenna being able to cook with family. Plus relax on the balcony overlooking the pristine river.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Everything was very clean, recently renovated, and well organized, which made the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable. The location is excellent, especially being right next to the river, creating a very peaceful atmosphere. The view from the apartment is also very beautiful and made our stay even more special. Additionally, the owner was extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and would gladly stay here again.

Die Wohnung ist grosszügig, sehr komfortabel und gut eingerichtet - es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage mit Balkon direkt über dem Fluss ist sehr hübsch.

Appartamentino bilocale spazioso e arredato bene, pulito, tinte calde e molto accogliente, bella la vetrata con vista sul fiume e le montagne, con balconcino attrezzato, parcheggio in box interno con rampa d'accesso ripida ma in un paio di manovre si riesce ad entrare anche con auto grandi, proprietario molto cordiale, puntuale e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Zum besten Preis eine perfekte Wohnung!

Super Lage, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, wunderschöne und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung! Es hat auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt alles was man brauchen könnte. Gut ausgestattete Küche, Waschmaschine, Heizung und Klima, Balkon mit Aussicht am Fluss, Parkplatz, wenige Minuten bis ins Zentrum,... Einfach super! Es war sehr sauber und die Wohnung ist in perfektem Zustand.
