The hotel is not my cup of tea.
Pros:

The hotel is located well, not far from the riverside. Further to this it has a lot of parking space.

Cons:

The hotel is old and some of the fittings in the bathroom are broken. I guess the Management don't have the means to maintain the premises well.

Pros:

The breakfast is good for 3-star hotel but, table is not enough for high volume guests especially in peak season. Location a bit far for walking to the main attraction. Room just nice.

Pros:

Overall, my stay at this hotel was satisfactory. The front desk staff were friendly, courteous, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, making it suitable for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

The children's swimming pool was well maintained, but it was quite small. When the hotel was crowded, the pool became overcrowded and less enjoyable for guests.
The bathroom was rather small and not very suitable for obese guests. In addition, there was an unpleasant drain/sewage smell that affected the overall comfort of the room.

The room service response also needs improvement, as my calls were not answered even after waiting for more than an hour.I hope the hotel management can address these issues, as the hotel has great potential, especially with its excellent staff service and comfortable rooms
