Convenient comfortable good value
Pros:

Close to shops, beach, restaurants. Clean comfortable good staff large rooms. Very good value

Cons:

Odd set up in the shower - a shower curtain that covers a window but provides no protection from water spray (Photo). Shower access difficult with mobility issues. Entranceway steps steep narrow and slippery in rain

Приветливый и вежливый персонал на ресепшне. Быстро и четко решают возникающие вопросы, помогают с вызовом такси и пр. Немного говорят по-английски.
Хорошая уборка. 🧹 Убираются каждый день. Дают бесплатную воду. В номере есть чайник.🫖 , холодильник. Сантехника и внутренний блок кондиционера работают нормально.
В комнате есть окна. 🪟 С верхних этажей есть вид на море и на город. Есть тренажерный зал.
Можно заказать завтрак 🍳 за отдельную плату. Завтраки скромные. Всегда есть 🍳 яЙца, омлет, хлеб 🍞, соусы, салат 🥗, чай 🍵, кофе ☕️, сок 🥤.

Cons:

Внешний блок кондиционера очень сильно шумит. Как трактор 🚜.
Вокруг отеля идут несколько строек.
Завтрак мог бы быть более полным и не таким скудным.

Tệ, nhân viên k thông báo rõ cũng k ghi quy định ngày nào cũng sẽ có người vào phòng, xong lúc khách k có trong phòng thì tự ý vào dọn. Cứ bảo là từ xưa đến giờ như vậy, quy định thế. Quy định gì cũng phải rõ ràng cho khách biết, bây giờ khách là người lớn tuổi họ không làm trong ngành khách sạn hoặc k biết sẽ có những quy định như thế cũng vịn vào là quy định chứ cũng không nhận là mình k thông báo rõ cho khách. Заселение быстрое. Персонал вежливый. Улыбчивые, красивые девушки всегда готовые помочь и подсказать.
Убираются каждый день. Чисто. Дают две бутылки бесплатной питьевой воды каждый день.
Номера не очень новые, но без плесени. С видом на город и море. 🌊
Сантехника, интернет 🛜работали хорошо 👌.
Внизу отеля предлагается завтрак 🍳 за отдельную плату. Завтрак скромный: яйца, 🍳, омлет, салат 🥗, колбаса, хлеб 🍞, кекс, чай 🫖, кофе ☕️, сок 🥤. Система шведский стол. В целом, приемлемо.

Cons:

Кондиционер работал нормально, но его внешний блок (мотор) очень шумный и расположен прямо с окном спальни. Неудобно. Просьба к администрации обратить внимание ‼️на этот важный момент.
Ковролин в коридоре в пятнах.
Есть предложение добавить в рацион завтрака розовую соль.

Быстрое заселение. Дают чек. 🧾
Просторная чистая комната с окнами и видом на город 🌆. Убираются каждый день. Кондиционер, сантехника, холодильник работали хорошо. Интернет 🛜 работал без перебоев.
Персонал вежливый, внимательный. Улыбчивые красивые девушки неплохо говорящие по-английски. Помогали по просьбе вызвать такси 🚖 и по другим вопросам.
Предоставляются две бутылки бесплатной питьевой воды в фирменной упаковке каждый день.
Завтрак 🍳 можете купить сами в столовой отеля внизу. Цена разумная. Все скромно, но сытно. Завтрак вкусный: яйца, омлет, хлеб 🍞, 🍈 фрукты, джем, масло 🧈, колбаска, 🥗 салаты с курицей, 🍜 фо бо. Чай, 🫖, 🥤, кофе ☕️. Два вида кексов. В столовой чисто и много места. Работают вентиляторы.
На верхнем этаже есть тренажеры. Вид сверху на город 🏙️ и море 🌊 имеется.

Cons:

В целом, замечаний нет. Просьба обратить внимание на мотор от кондиционера, который иногда громко шумит. Имеет смысл его поменять на более тихий.
Давать бесплатный чай/кофе.
Иногда попадаются застиранные полотенца с пятнами.

Horrible customer service
Pros:

Just Location , but everything else goes downhill, reception super bad can tell whole story about it , but just to make it simple for the new customers, they treat every customer very arrogantly, I thought maybe it would happen sometimes but if it's every time I pass front desk customers have issues, and thought may be customers very difficult but today I got bad experience too, they judge ppl with one lence which is bad.

Cons:

Customer service at front desk asking ( not just asking sending messages and calls on WhatsApp )while I riding motorcycles and asking to return key and check out at 8:40am and I message say check out time is at 12pm . They said my room was open and no luggage inside so they assume that I run away without check out,
Purely judging without any knowledge that not every ppl in hotel have to have luggage, I travel with my small backpack and in last few days I stayed there 3 times and last few years many times but never treated like this. Horrible and arrogant lady at reception.
Went back and ask for manager to talk they refuse me to talk to manager.
Very happy to take this matter to legal case or court if I need to as I took it personal attack on me .
