We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely visit this hotel again and recommend it to other people.

The room was excellent, it was clean and very comfortable.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble.
The food and menu choices were of an exceptional high quality and it was good to see so many gluten free options readily available.

Have booked again for October as found it very relaxing and may not suit everyone as not close to town

Very disappointing experience

Do not stay at this property!!
We had a booking at this property and on arrival was told by the manager Richard that our booking had previously been cancelled and they could not accommodate us as they were full. I contacted booking.com as my booking was still live on my app and they had taken my money. Richard gave us proof of cancellation but when booking.com contacted this hotel they told them we had stayed there and they had taken our money! Thus we never got a refund! I also contacted The Cae Mor Hotel with no response. This whole experience was very disappointing and reflects very poorly on the management of this property. Therefore I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone and have written this review to avoid others from going through this experience and also losing their money.
