The hotel was lovely. The staff were very pleasant.
The room 110 was nicely done out however just very small for two people.
The breakfast was poor. Eggs over cooked and not enough attention to detail. The sausages were not browned enough.
Poor lady in the dinning room was lovely but sadly rushed off her feet.

The location was great and parking is always a bonus. The rooms are modern and very clean. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The position, modern up to date rooms . Staff were all excellent . Contacted us the day before our stay to ask if there was anything we needed and supplied a shower chair. They accommodated me storing my electric wheelchair near reception and made us feel very welcome.
Fridge in the room had bottled water and tea/ coffee & hot chocolate and packets of cookies were all stocked up each day.
Toiletries were provided and were of good quality.
The settee ( converts to bed for children) was good quality and comfortable to sit on .
Unfortunately the lift had broken down but staff helped in any way they could so it did not ruin our stay at all. And technical breakdowns can happen anywhere at anytime.
