Parking and location

Cons:

Room 110 was very small
Noisy air-con units are positioned
Just below the window, and I barely slept.
No staff asked how our stay was, and I don't think they were bothered!

Cons:

Het zetelbed voor onze kinderen (10 en 12 jaar) was te klein en de matras te dun. Het was een groot contrast met het super grote en comfortabele bed voor de ouders.

Pros:

A beautiful hotel. Very clean and welcoming. Great sea view. Perfect location for visiting Venue cymru and close enough to walk to town, with the beach just across the road. Very handy to have parking here too. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. I would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The breakfast was a little bland.

Disappointing, deceived by staff and did nothing to rectify issue. Will never stay here again
Pros:

Room size and facilities were fine. Great view of sea.

Cons:

Lifts were so small, small pram couldn't fit in the lift, staff knew this but failed to make us aware of this issue, wouldn't take accountability, had to take 2 babies and 2 prams individually, resulting in 8 trips up and down just to enter and leave the hotel.

Short 2 night family stay
Pros:

Fantastic hotel! Modern interior design, comfortable bed, free parking spaces and great breakfast. Staff is friendly and attentive. Convenient location: just on the seafront promenade; close walking distance to all local attractions. Would highly recommend!

Would definitely recommend Cae Mor Hotel to friends. Well located, and perfect rooms.
Pros:

Cae Mor was a perfect location for our visit to the theatre and having a get together with our friends. The rooms were all perfect. I only have one little thing that was partly my fault.... I forgot to ask for twin beds for one of the rooms. The lady on reception did give my friends the bedding to make up the sofa bed, but they both suffer with rhematoid arthritis, so it was a little difficult for them. I did not realise until they had done it themselves. I don't really think that guests should be expected to make up their own bed. However, everything else was really good. I just though you should know for anything like this in the future.

Cons:

I have mentioned this above, but it is only a small detail regarding my friends having to make up the sofa bed themselves.
