Завтрак понравился. В день от'езда нам надо было очень рано уезжать в аэропорт и сотрудники отеля приготовили нам завтрак с собой ( сухой паек) когда узнали об этом.
В Ханое был дождь в день нашего там пребывания и сотрудники отеля любезно предложили нам большой красивый зонт доя прогулки по городу.
Расположение прекрасное! Очень близко от отеля начиналась пешеходная зона исторического центра города ( в субботу и воскресенье). Останавливались в январе, накануне праздника Тэт, отель был очень со вкусом украшен.

Placed very central, very nice staff, comfy bed, amazing breakfast.

Spacious room with balcony windows and good value for money, especially in the Old Quarter with loads of great restaurants, convenience stores and shopping nearby. The hotel is tucked away in a quiet alley, so you don't hear too much of the street noise. Nice to have both the fan and AC as options for cooling down. The cleaning staff also always made sure I came back to a tidy room no matter what time I left for the day! Bathtub was a nice bonus.

Mike at reception also made the stay extra smooth and easy, he was attentive and really nice to chat to. He also arranged 2 tours for me with very little notice so I appreciated that too.

Spend 4 nights there in late April. The position is great because it's right in the centre of old town Hanoi. Thompson and Mike were great hosts, helping me with everything I needed and being always resourceful and smiling.
The room was clean and tidy, with a little kitchen corner with basic equipment, which we didnt used thiugh because we were often out. Hot water, wifi and aircon work perfectly.
It is an affordable stay in the middle of old Hanoi; nothing luxury but definitely without any problem of any sort, and quite clean and functioning.
One thing to keep in mind is that the breakfast is offered at the other hotel of the same chain, which is only a 3 mins walk away; the breakfast is buffet with a good mix of bakery items, hot and cold, sweet and savoury options, fruit, vegetables and drinks.

Habitación muy amplia y cómoda, el personal encantador sobre todo Mike muy atento. Nos organizaron los transportes que necesitamos enseguida. Calidad precio increíbles.
El desayuno muy variado y delicioso se sirve en el otro hotel a 2min caminando de este alojamiento. En la azotea con vistas de Hanoi.
Nos alojamos en dos ocasiones durante nuestro viaje por ubicación cercana a todo.
