Pros:

The stylising was great; the shower and bed were 10 out of 10.
The reception staff were very lovely and helpful. The room was nice, clean, modern. Very comfortable.

Pros:

The staff was very helpful; they arranged packed lunches for us upon our departure.

Cons:

The renovation needs updating in some places; there are cracks on the bathroom wall. But overall, considering the price, it’s not a major issue.

Sin duda volvería a repetir
Pros:

Muy céntrico. El staff súper amable. El desayuno se sirve en un hotel muy cerca y de categoría superior. Limpio y tiene una pequeña cocina dentro de la habitación.

Très bon rapport qualité prix
Bon emplacement

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner ne se prends pas dans l’hôtel mais dans un autre hôtel à 3 min à pieds (même chaîne).
Le personnel est assez mou et peu réactif. Nous avons déposer notre linge pour un service de laundry rapide en demandant plusieurs fois s’ils étaient en mesure de livrer le linge propre à temps car nous avions un avion.
Résultat, nous avons récupéré notre linge encore sale car ils ont oublié de nous prévenir que finalement ça ne serait pas possible …
Pour conclure, bon hôtel et localisation mais ne comptez pas sur les services et le personnel.

Pros:

Lovely clean hotel with very comfy beds, lovely friendly staff and a fantastic location.
We have stayed here every year for years,still a perfect place,nice and central,clean.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and memorable stay.
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property comfortable, and adequately clean.

Thanks to all of the staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. Their exceptional service truly made a difference and left a lasting impression.

Pros:

Hospitable and welcoming staff that were keen to help. Muesli cereal was a breakfast option (rare in Vietnam hotels in our experience as usually only plain and chocolate cornflakes/ricies given). Big fridge and room had a little kitchenette with microwave as well.

Cons:

Room smaller than average but understandable as in the central city. Could add a jar of nuts like almonds and walnuts next to the jar of light muesli. They had jars of raisins (two types) though.

La habitación es grande, el staff maravilloso, Las camas cómodas, recuerdo el nombre de Víctor aunque después cambió turno y también el otro chico era muy simpático. Aunque el hotel se encuentra en un callejón, es un callejón con mucha vida ya que hay locales comerciales (una tienda de uñas, un pequeño restaurante, etc..).no tienes sensación de inseguridad. De hecho en ninguna parte de Hanoi nos sentimos inseguros.

Cons:

Nos fuimos a dormir temprano porque estábamos cansados y había música en la calle, muy suave, pero a las 22'00 horas en punto la música paró y pudimos dormir bien.
