Hotel situato nell'old quarter ma in via laterale, il che rende la struttura più silenziosa rispetto alle altre. In pochi passi si raggiunge tutto. Colazione eccezionale presso l'hotel della stessa catena, raggiungibile in pochi passi. Camera enorme e pulitissima con tutto il necessario. La nostra aveva anche l'angolo cottura con lavello, fornello, microonde e frigo

Excellent stay — great location and an outstanding host

We had a wonderful stay at La Passion Hotel in Hanoi. The location is excellent, close to everything and very convenient for getting around the city.

Special mention goes to Mike, our host — he was absolutely amazing. He went out of his way to make sure every guest was completely comfortable and took care of anything we needed during our stay. He also arranged our day tours and other essentials, and at better prices than what we found online.

All in all, a great stay. Highly recommended.

Buena ubicación en el centro para visitarlo andando. Buena relación calidad precio y camas cómodas. El desayuno (buffet) se sirve en un hotel muy cercano de la misma empresa y ha sido de los mejores del viaje. El personal muy amable y atento.

Great service from both receptionists while I stayed here, think they were called Mike and Victor. Even helped me get a package delivered to the reception and looked after until I could collect! Couldn’t fault the hotel or service.

De lokatie is fantastisch!
Het hotel is simpel, maar de prijs kwaliteit verhouding is zeer goed.
Alles is op loopafstand, zelfs het ontbijt waar je gebruik van maakt.
Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid, echt lekker.
En dan als laatste het personeel, zo leuk!
We voelde ons meteen enorm welkom. Mike had veel tips waar we dankbaar gebruik van gemaakt hebben.
Hij heeft zelfs voor ons de streetfood tour geregeld, en we werden opgehaald bij ons appartement.
Dankjewel voor het fijne verblijf!

De ligging van het hotel is ideaal. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd en lekker.
