Highh praises for Mike, he helped us about extending our stay ih hotel… very friendly staff and great breakfast.

Rooms were exceptionally clean and looked like the photos as described. Beautiful little place to stay that is conveniently close to everything in Old Quarter. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay that is reasonably priced, book La Passion! Also Mike who helped us with our late check-in after coming home from the Ha Giang Loop was super friendly and awesome to have a chat with! Will be coming back again next year. Thanks so much Mike!

We had the best time here! Located centrally in the old quarters with good facilities in the room. Mike was exceptionally helpful and very kind. He gave us the best recommendations to do in Hanoi! Would highly suggest asking him for local recs!

Excellent room. We rebooked the same hotel as we extended the stay in Hanoi. Strongly recommend this place. The staff were very nice., They also gave us a packed breakfast as we left early in the morning. (I wrote another detailed review from my previous booking)

Location was brilliant central city for good price. Beds comfortable. Wonderful welcome and local information provided on arrival.

私が幹事だったのでツライおもいと自腹で解決しました
相手は意図的やったようです代金取って別の宿少額代金で
済ませました そうごく不満足でした
怒りでした
このような事は頻繁にあるようなきがします

業界は厳しくチェック
しなければなりません

The room was very nice. Very clean. Toilet was very clean and spacious. We actually loved staying in this hotel. The breakfast was a large buffet. Really enjoyed. The staff was very helpful.

The location is very close to the beer street and other interesting location.

Location - entrance to old market.hence,easier for transportation to airport or grand world as the main road just 3mins walk from the place.

Breakfast is really good.

The room include kitchen and kitchennet and microwave. Toilet include bath tub. Two windows that you can open and let the fresh air come.

In addition, Staff victor and mike really helpful.
