Room well furbished, but it shows the age. Hotel is next to impossible to reach even by taxi (traffic regulations), a short walk may be needed.

El último día no nos funcionó el agua caliente
Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad de todo el personal del Hotel. Rescato la calidad humana por la importancia que tiene para un pasajero adulto mayor que viaja solo. El desayuno es imperdible, muy bueno y completo. He dejado una reseña con más detalle en la reserva que realicé para los días 22 y 23 de mayo.
Lo que más me gustó fue el muy buen trato que me brindó el personal durante mi estancia en Estambul, un agradecimiento especial para ellos. La ubicación es fantástica se puede llegar a la mayor parte de los sitios históricos andando (ya que se encuentra en Sultanahmet) y, además, es de fácil acceso a transporte público. En los alrededores hay muchos restaurantes de distintas categorías y precios. Pienso que es ideal para un adulto mayor que viaja solo ya que siempre están atentos a brindarte información y atención personalizada. Lo recomiendo.

El punto fuerte del hotel es su excelente ubicación, a menos de 5 minutos de la Mezquita azul. En cuanto a la habitación estaba muy limpia y era espaciosa tal y como aparece en las fotos, aunque las vistas no eran muy bonitas. Especial mención a la variedad del desayuno y a la simpatía del personal del comedor. Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia y lo recomendamos al 100%.
El baño de la habitación tal vez necesita unas reparaciones, ya que no funcionaban algunas instalaciones como el hidromasaje o el radiador. Otra observación es que aunque la habitación está bien para 4 personas, el armario se queda pequeño.

Amazing location - if you don’t mind a 5 to 10-minute uphill walk to Sultanahmet Square and the Blue Mosque. It was also quiet, on a small street with little through traffic. Small friendly bar/restaurant nearby (Amor Mio?) for drinks and the restaurant next door was good. There was also a small shop opposite the hotel.
We had - I think - the biggest room (402 on the top floor with a balcony). When we arrived in mid-May the room was baking hot and had a smell of drains. We were told that the a/c was being switched on the next day but it took us 2 more nights before we could sleep properly. The room was large but the hotel is in need of a refurb (the drain smell came and went; shower door didn’t close; kettle had to be plugged in on the floor as the cord didn’t reach). Breakfast was basic.

The corridors in front of the room were dark. You have to go up and down the steps to your room.

It’s facing to a narrow street on the steep hill.

El hotel sin duda lo que mejor tiene es la ubicación está muy bien situado , estando a un paso de sitios emblemáticos. Rodeado de restaurantes, y negocios. El personal fue educado y amable. El desayuno incluido es correcto y abundante. Relación calidad precio está bien. Botellas diarias gratuitas de agua.
Muchísimo ruido por la noche. Estuvimos en una habitación con bañera y fue peligroso al salir. Cuidado con esto. Las cortinas de la habitación desprendían olor a tabaco y polvo.
