Incredible value for money
Pros:

Location is amazing between Camden and Kentish town underground stops.
Loads of shops nearby

Access to the flat was easy and it was very secure.

Pros:

It was clean and in a great location. Thevroom was a great size apart from where the bed was situated. There was barely enough room to walk around it. No coffee available as you would find in most hotel rooms. It served its purpose 🤷🏻‍♀️

Cons:

So many codes to get into my room. If my phone had died id have been locked out

Friendly and helpful staff and a comfortable room that made for an easy stay for a first time solo traveller in London!
Pros:

Really helpful with getting into the property with set by step instructions that made it easy to navigate, comfortable and clean room with all necessary facilities. Despite having a shared bathroom and kitchen you never really bump into anyone and everyone is respectful, the facilities are also really close to your room.

a great stay and would recommend this place to others looking to attend the O2.
Pros:

What we liked about the room, is that it was in a perfect location for attending the Kentish town O2 and Kentish Town tube station. the room was spacious and easy to access and have everything we needed.

Cons:

there was a broken plug socket down the side of the single bed in our room that didn't seem safe but was only spotted the morning after. the bathroom door didn't seem to open very wide so i would not say it would be very accessible for those with additional needs.

As it say's on the tin: Near O2 Forum Kentish Town

Perfectly situated, and perfectly clean - 10 mins walk from Kentish Town tube / O2 Forum.
Has shared kitchen / cooker / fridge for anyone making a longer stay / on a budget.
15 mins walk from Camden Lock, and has all of the usual coffee shops, cafes, general stores on the doorstep.

Pleasure to rebook in the future without hesitation.
Pros:

Ideal for a visit to London, short walk to Brixton Station. Easy access was on ground floor, so appreciate my request became possible

Not what you expect
Pros:

The location is good. Close to the subway and a lot of amenities around.

Cons:

The photos are quite deceiving. The place is not as nice as in the photos and a lot smaller than what it looks like.
Curtain are quite bad is the room got bright real early.
Walls are paper thin.
The shower leaks on the floor and makes everything wet and sticky since there is no mat on the floor. After 2 or 3 people shower (shared bathroom) the floor is a mess.
I was not expecting a 5 star place.... but this is less than the minimum expected for this price.

Convenient and cozy.
Pros:

I live right next door but I forgot my keys and nobody could bring me a copy until the next day, so being able to spend the night so close to home was very convenient. The room was nice, I also appreciated not having to go up/ downstairs as I had 2 big suitcases with me. The owner answered very fast to all of my queries. Having quiet hours set up is also I good idea, I had a good night´s rest.

Cons:

Maybe an extra blanket would have been nice? not a huge issue though.

Great stay, great spot to start my journey in London. Fantastic location.

Great location, quick replies from staff, only one other person staying there while I was there so no wait times for bathroom.

Good basic accommodation
Pros:

Good basic accommodation. Friendly host, comfortable beds, and we felt very secure in the gated courtyard. Location is great, relatively close to the tube, with most big brands supermarkets represented nearby - city versions of course - and lots of handy takeaways.
