Great hotel to stay, both for business and leisure.
Pros:

Location is best, staff, the room, and facilities are super. The breakfast selection is also the best. My family is very happy with everything the hotel provides.

Good but next time I’d stay closer to a Metro station
Pros:

Comfortable rooms, nice shower, cold AC.

Cons:

Too far from Metro station - like a 15 minute walk. Not pleasant to do in hot humid weather with a suitcase.

Decent Option in Shanghai
Pros:

Everything was fine in terms of check in, room, etc.

Cons:

We had a bit of a bad experience with a slip in the room because they put us in a wheelchair access room so the floor flooded after showers. But they reacted quickly and moved/upgraded us.
