Nothing all good
Shops and supermarket near. Short cab to hospital or easy bus route. Electric blanket is great especially as the owner is conscious of central heating use and is off during the night. Use of kitchen. Toiletries provided.
The owner is nice and listens to concerns and suggestions such as providing salt and pepper in kitchen as courtesy for short stay guests and not having to empty bin.
Not at all dirty but could be cleaner in less used areas of the house but still comfortable enough and room was clean. It feels more like a share house where you have to do all yourself I think kitchen and bathroom should be maintained by owner and guests clean up after themselves.
Being expected to empty the bin after I leave.

I find it very easy to relax at this property, I like cooking there, and the host is most pleasant and very interesting.

it was a very very uncomfortable stay. when i met the owner he asked me for 6 pounds extra on top of what i paid to booking.com. yes i had my room paid for upfront.
The owner was extremely intrusive. knocking on my door waking me up at times, wanting to talk .
He would knock and then just come in so i had no choice but to lock the door.
He hands you a long list of house rules.
The bed sheets were fusty an d smelly.
