Place very poor concentration and no organisation how to get to the room

Boiler leaking, no evidence of service or gas certificate. Miss matched flooring and carpet. Carpet on the stair case was miss matched and dangerous. Bathroom was very grubby, not clean for a very long time. Toilet seat held together with tape.
Bedroom.sheets where not cleaned. Raymond did not answer the door on the 1st evening despite knocing 5 times and security cameras at the property. He also did not answer phone and called around 5 times, I had to book another option and returned the evening after. He also offers parking for an extra fee but no parking at the property.

Shops and supermarket near. Short cab to hospital or easy bus route. Electric blanket is great especially as the owner is conscious of central heating use and is off during the night. Use of kitchen. Toiletries provided.
The owner is nice and listens to concerns and suggestions such as providing salt and pepper in kitchen as courtesy for short stay guests and not having to empty bin.
Not at all dirty but could be cleaner in less used areas of the house but still comfortable enough and room was clean. It feels more like a share house where you have to do all yourself I think kitchen and bathroom should be maintained by owner and guests clean up after themselves.
Being expected to empty the bin after I leave.
