Quelles déceptions!!! À ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT!!!

Dans la mesure où l'on ne peut se baigner dans le lac en raison d'une bactérie, récurrente depuis quatre ans, et que cela ne figure pas sur le site, ensemble décevant.

Cons:

Si les chambres sont satisfaisantes, le restaurant n'est pas digne de cette appellation encore moins d'un trois étoiles, que ce soit la nourriture servie ou le personnel. Une très mauvaise expérience: la commande,attendue, de deux foie gras dans cette région du sud-ouest, or, à l'arrivée, une bouillie, coulante, dépourvue de goût, servie à une température non conforme... À 19€ l'assiette!!! Une honte, d'autant plus que le restaurateur vient à notre table, le reconnaît à demi-mots mais ne propose aucune alternative ni geste commercial au mépris total des règles de l'art de la restauration. Un dégoût total.

The restaurant staff was very nice!

Cons:

The shower water temperature was either hot or warm, no cold. Most people probably won't mind, but it was almost 40° outside and you wanted a cold shower.

They have AC, but it's not very strong. But certainly better than nothing.

They charged additional 10 euro city tax at the location, despite booking.com saying city tax and all expenses were already paid.

Le calme et le restaurant

Cons:

Un accueil en retard (porte de l'hôtel fermée à notre arrivée) et une information pressée et peu amène.
La chambre n'était pas climatisée à notre arrivée. Déception après deux heures de trajet en voiture ..
Une climatisation capricieuse malgré les interventions d'un personnel de l'Hôtel.
Une panne (brève) d'électricité en prime pendant notre installation.

Good comfortable stay but poor overpriced breakfast

Clean spacious comfortable room. Tea making and mini bar. Great private outdoor space for relaxing. Safe storage for bicycles.
