The location was good and the bed was comfortable....
Sorry to say lots, I was so looking forward to this stay based on the reviews but I came away disappointed. Found the room to be cramped with hardly any space for belongings. No coffee pods on arrival, after day one they are 1.20 euros each, bottled water for the 1st day only. Only Nespresso cups in the room which are not ideal for tea. Breakfast was hit & miss with cold eggs no egg station and could be a bit of a bun fight ! Biggest let down is the pool; they say they enforce no towel reservations but every morning the saddo's are out and there are just not enough beds for the size of the hotel so we did not use the pool once in our 4 day stay.......did not find it value for money at all

Charging people for a (refill) of drinking water every day except the first day is silly, it's not a major cost in the grander scheme of things and keeps guests happy. The pool could have been bigger but was just about right for most of the (quiet) week while we were there. As it got busier towards the end of the week it was becoming apparent that the pool and poolside area simply wouldn't accommodate all guests who wanted to use it. The staff were a mixed bunch - a couple of wonderful, lovely people and one or two who didn't really care to try and resolve issues. The WiFi was down for two days and staff actually hung up while I was (politely I might add!) querying whether there was any update on restoration. But the cleaning staff were lovely and friendly and there was one particular woman on reception who couldn't do enough for guests, and with a smile. So it was a mixed bag.

Proximity to the beaches, caves, restaurants and the waterfront in a quieter area. Enjoyed having the pool available and the rooftop terrace.
A lot of hill climbing and the three levels of the apartment was tiresome.
Great breakfast, great location and the room itself was very nice and clean. Our room also had an amazing view, which was definitely a highlight of our stay.

Lovely clean hotel, very well situated and close to taxi rank. We only had bed and breakfast but there was lots of choice and plenty of fresh fruit and lovely orange juice. It would have been nice to have had a shower instead of a bath because of mobility issues but that was the only downside for us.
Having a bath to climb into rather than a shower.
The property is immaculate and the staff are super. We have been a few times and we will return.

Two days in a row got woken up by drunk and noisy brits shouting and slamming doors on the corridor at 3-4am, but not hotel's fault.
Swimming pool was not heated.
