The mattress and pillows were very comfortable
They are all not speaking English there is no way to communicate with them also they are Not working professionally they ring the door at 1 am and they enter my room without permission trying to take my bank card it’s not safe and they centralize the ac on 28 degrees I was sweting they don’t care. They ignored me

Nothing everything is sooooo bad
The space in room was very generous, the bed was particularly comfortable. I had a much better sleep in this hotel than I had in another internationally branded 5-star hotel I had stayed for 4 days before arriving at this hotel. I was pleasantly suprised by the standard of the hotel, this being foirst time staying at the hotel. The staff a vry younf and dynamic, proactive and always willing to go the extra mile. THe break fast at the hotel was excellent and was inckuded in hotel rate. The laundry area provided at the hotel were someone could do luandry using the washing machine and dryer was an unexpected additional bonus. So generaly this hotel offered an excellent vakue for money.
The location is very great generally speaking, the hotel is close to old town. But the hotel is like an oasis surrounded on one side by some older not oo nice looking buildings. The carpet on some floors apaeared to need a bit of recleaning or replacement.
The location is super convenient and the in room amenities are generous
The showers were still dirty with hair ontop of the drain from the last guest. The language barrier was quite difficult for us.
comfortable bed, good location, food court near by. 15 min walk to Grandview mall. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Location, clean, amenities more then standard, very good and tastefull breakfast selection,
Mood light would be nice without those situated upon curtains.
Better sound proof within shower - very clear water usage sound.
