Pros:

Die lage zum Zentrum, aber das wars dann auch.

Cons:

Sehr schlechte sauberkeit, hinterlassenschaften der vorherigen gäste, oberflächen in der Küche wurden nicht gereinigt und es war sehr staubig und teilweise spinnenweben in den Ecken.
Die Polster der Sitzgelegenheiten sind sehr schmutzig und fleckig, was es sehr un hygienisch macht.

Pros:

Arrived on a Motorbike. Was allowed to put it in the garage below. Minimal cost for one night. On entering the building a receptionist was available to help with booking in keys and info about the stay and surrounding area.

Belle résidence.Calme.Parait il pas loin du centre ville.Petite cuisine équipée.

Cons:

Trop chaud chambre côté soleil après-midi. Pénible dormir avec chaleur nuit.A prévoir absolument clim.Je ne reviendrai pas par forte chaleur sans clim.Mr a l,accueil serviable..

Comodo il parcheggio e la posizione

Cons:

Appartamento discutibile, doccia scomoda e senza aria condizionata. Abbiamo chiesto per messaggio almeno un ventilatore considerate le temperature assurde di luglio non ricevendo mai una risposta con due bambini a seguito.

Very clean, well equipped and very central to city.
Pros:

Great location very close to centre, rooms were very clean and well equipped.

Cons:

Everything to make a coffee apart from little tubs of milk. That’s the only tiny detail I can pick out as a negative, a great little place to stay.

Appartement bien situé pour visiter le centre-ville de Reims, stationnement à proximité (gratuit du samedi 19 h au lundi matin). Logement conforme à la description, bien équipé, propre, literie confortable. Bon rapport qualité-prix.

Pros:

Un alojamiento independiente para un grupo de 4, con un baño en la habitación y otro en el estar; ideal para utilizarlo como habitaciones independientes.

Cons:

Cuando llegamos al lugar a la 15.30 aún no se había hecho la limpieza de la habitación, lo cual nos implicó salir a recorrer para que la hicieran.
Para el estacionamiento interno nos cobraron un adicional del que ya habíamos abonado por persona!

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, sowohl beim Empfang als auch bei Frühstück.

Cons:

Es roch immer nach Rauch. Da der Gang an allen Fenstern entlang führte, kam sehr oft Zigarettenrauch ins Zimmer . Wir mussten über Nacht das Fenster geöffnet lassen, weil es zu heiß war, wegen der canicule.

Pros:

Due stanze grandi, un angolo cottura, due bagni (ogni stanza ne aveva uno), e un tavolo per poter mangiare qualcosa.
Parcheggio gratuito all’interno della struttura. Ragazza alla reception molto gentile ed accogliente.

Cons:

Nulla, andava bene tutto.

La liberté de récupération et restitution de nos clés

Cons:

Payer 10 euros pas personne pour le petit déjeuner : pas de buffet car en week-end ce sont des paniers petits déjeuner.
Ce qui est fourni ne justifie pas les 10 euros par personne… 40 euros pour pain au chocolat, pancake sous vide etc… l’appart n’était pas au top de la propreté (toilettes)
