Dorm Room Size, Great Location.
Pros:

Great location, staff was friendly. Spartan accommodation (knew that in advance) with a comfortable bed.

Cons:

The toilet area is tiny, the shower was small but decent and didn’t offer a shelve. It had wall mounted body wash, shampoo but for folks who use their own stuff no storage made it awkward when showering. Also, no bath mat was available so I had to ask for an extra towel.
The coffee maker in the 6th floor kitchen didn’t work, I reported it but it never worked during the time I was there.

Overall a nice stay and good value for money. Rooms were clean and nice!

Rooms were clean and a good size.
Reception staff were also very friendly.

In walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes and supermarkets.

Cons:

Air conditioner was very loud.

Pros:

Excellent location and concierge customer service.

Cons:

I was not told the day prior, when I called regarding parking, that the street in front of the hotel would be sealed off for the Pride parade. The cost of the room was $300+per night, and for that price, I would expect a nicer bathroom and an actual AC, not a plug-in.
