An exceptional stay with excellent service, great facilities, and unforgettable sea views.
Pros:

Everything was outstanding. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were comfortable and modern, the food was delicious, and the facilities were excellent. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is perfect, with beautiful sea views and easy access to the beach. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Cons:

Mais il faut faire attention quand on réserve sur les photos c’est pas évident mais il y a deux bâtiments l’ancien est le nouveau. C’est pas la même chose au niveau des chambres.

Cons:

Nu au suficiente locuri de parcare la -1. Asa ca au apelat la alte patru parcări din apropiere. Noi am nimerit intr-una jalnica, intr-o padure, cu mizerie multa. Pe locul unde am parcat fusese probabil o clădire pentru ca avea o baza ca o fundație si gresie sparta.

Proprietatea este foarte frumoasă, curată și bine întreținută, iar locația și facilitățile sunt la nivelul așteptărilor pentru un hotel de 5 stele.

Din păcate, experiența cu personalul de la recepție a fost dezamăgitoare. Deși aveam rezervarea confirmată și achitată prin Booking, la sosire ni s-a comunicat că nu există nicio cameră disponibilă pentru noi. A trebuit să așteptăm aproximativ două ore până când am primit camera rezervată, timp în care personalul a insistat că nu are disponibilități, deși rezervarea era deja confirmată.

În plus, am fost surprinsă să aflu că hotelul nu a putut pune la dispoziție nici măcar un fier de călcat, lucru pe care îl consider un serviciu de bază pentru o proprietate clasificată la 5 stele.

Este păcat, deoarece proprietatea în sine este foarte frumoasă, însă lipsa de profesionalism și modul în care au fost gestionate aceste situații au afectat considerabil experiența noastră.

If the weather conditions are not favorable for using the outdoor pool, the indoor pools are not sufficient to accommodate all hotel guests.

Furthermore, the separation between adults and children in the pool areas is not properly enforced, with many children using the adults-only pool.

Food replenishment is not carried out in accordance with the number of guests. You may have to wait a long time for a dish to be refilled, or it may not be replenished at all.
