being insulted with a "Gold" member gift bag that has a value of 80 cents - 2 bottle waters and a lame bag of cheetos.

Breakfast was adequate.
Unfortunately the hotel is located away from any available restaurant as an alternative.
I have no problem with the hotel however am still awaiting refund of the $200.00 security fee that was applied.
It appears that is not the responsibility of the hotel as their receipt does not show it.
Close to where we needed to go. Bed comfortable. Spacious.
Floors in elevators and outside elevator on our floor constantly wet. I slipped on wet floors twice and fell once.
Disappointed no restaurant but free breakfast good.

The staff are super nice and welcoming. The fact they take dogs is an even bigger plus.
The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The pool was lovely.
The main problem was there was no restauraunt on site or bar. The young man on the front desk was not helpful to tell us where we could go near by to a restaurant.

Very comfortable room and bed
I would like to suggest strongly that you put in place a recycling program to help with the environmental impact - a small blue bin in the rooms to get rid of paper and plastics/cans waste- also the same particularly in the area where breakfast was served- everything we used went into garbage when it didn't have to . I would appreciate your thoughts on this issue. Also , I hope and definitely like to see what I think was a hot tub at one point covered over and not available for use- I hope there are plans to restore that feature as I always look forward to that which does help my back. Thank you !

When i arrived after a 4.5 hour motorcycle ride they told me I couldn't get a room because the wifi was down we ended up sleeping out side because we couldn't find a room any where
