It is located near many nice restaurants and cafes.
It has a simple but delicious breakfast. All cooked fresh, and tasty fruit
The location is perfect, with the taxi from the train station. After that everything is in the neighborhood. Restaurants, cafés, massages and they recommend tours and what to see around Tam coc and Ninh Binh itself. The staff helps with the luggage 🧳 by check-in/out. The area is quiet and the bed and bathroom are clean and comfortable. There's a fridge and smart tv in room. You have choices for breakfast. We stayed only one night but will come back here for sure.
The alley is small for cars but the taxi drop us very nearby, so no complains.

The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. What stood out most was the exceptional hospitality of the family who runs the hotel. From the very beginning, I felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of.
The location is perfect: right in the center of town, with cafés, restaurants, and sights within easy walking distance. At the same time, it is surprisingly quiet and ideal for relaxing. And I loved the soup in the morning (but they have also „western“ food)
I was especially impressed by the manager’s support. On one day, I needed to work while construction was happening on the neighboring roof. He immediately spoke with the neighbors and did everything possible to ensure I could work in peace. That level of care and personal attention is truly rare.
If you want to stay central but still enjoy a quiet atmosphere, I can highly recommend this place. I would definitely come back.
La localización, el tamaño de la habitación y la cama, la ducha y la amabilidad del personal. El desayuno era abundante y riquísimo. La limpieza de las habitaciones es diaria. Nos ayudaron para reservar el bus nocturno y además nos guardaron las maletas y nos prepararon un snack para el camino.
Hubo un problema para entrar en la habitación con la tarjeta electrónica, pero se solucionó con una llave.
