EVERYTHING! The staff at teh reception was great, I got a free upgrade, help with my bags and welcome drink. The taxi service was great and I just loved it. Super comfy bed, I will be back!

В целом отличный отель, полностью оправдывает свою стоимость.
Pros:

Отличное местоположение отеля, тихая улица, но близко до станции метро, фуникулера и таких оживленных мест, как площадь Таксим и улица Истикляль.
Очень хороший номер - все чисто, современно, все исправно и ничего не доставляет проблем.
Очень отзывчивый персонал, помогает в решении возникающих вопросов.

Cons:

Завтрак довольно скромный, вполне приемлемо и достаточно чтобы немного перекусить, но можно его сделать более разнообразным.
Кондиционер исправно работал, но поток воздуха направлен прямо на изголовье кровати, приходилось ночью его отключать, чтобы не простудиться, но это было не очень комфортно.
