Zentrale Lage, sauber, schönes Ambiente

Cons:

Klimaanlage im Zimmer war defekt, sodass es während des Aufenthaltes viel zu warm im Zimmer wurde und wir keine erholsame Nacht fanden. Das Personal hat in mehreren Situationen wenn überhaupt nur das nötigste getan, uns einen schönen Aufenthalt zu bescheren. Insgesamt sehr unpersönlich und enttäuschend

- Frühstück was um 9:30 schon aufgegessen. Nachschub gab es keinen.
- Wir hatten eine Nacht zuviel gebucht. Eine Kulanzmöglichkeit war nicht zu bekommen

Personal super nett und hilfsbereit, die Zimmer sehr sauber und gemütlich, die Organisation für das Parkhaus ist super

Cons:

Schade, dass die Ausdauergeräte erst ab 7 Uhr benutzt werden können. Dies ist gerade für berufliche Aufenthalte sehr spät, um vor dem Arbeitsbeginn zu trainieren

Sehr schönes Hotel mit hervorragendem Restaurant
Pros:

Perfekte Lage am Rand der Fußgängerzone von Recklinghausen, ein Haus mit exklusivem und individuellem Charme. Betritt man den Innenhof, fühlt man sich gleich Willkommen im historischen Ambiente . Das freundliche Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und die großzügigen Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber! Abgerundet wird der sehr angenehme Aufenthalt durch das hervorragende Restaurant Engels im Haus, welches auf sehr hohem Niveau seine Gäste verwöhnt!
Wir können den Aufenthalt im Parkhotel Engelsburg sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!
