Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Little Rock Airport

When you go outside, to the patio, you are locked outside, your room key doesn’t work, so we pounded on the window until someone came to let us in. Receptionist said it was broken and someone is supposed to come the next couple of days to fix it. I told that she should put a sign on the door to warn people. She said “I don’t have the power to do that”. In fact she said it twice. Really you don’t have the power to tape up a paper handwritten sign to warn guests?

Location was not great; desolate. Two restaurants nearby, both closed. Had to drive 18 miles to find something to eat.

The check-in desk indicated that Booking.com had not paid the correct amount so I paid for the room on my credit card being double charged for the stay.

Wifi in the lobby did not work. The happy hour was not available, beer taps were inoperable

The property was very clean and beautiful. There aren’t a lot of restaurants close by but otherwise, it was very nice. The linens were clean. The towels were like new. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

While a breakfast buffet was included it was somewhat sparse. They could have more and better offerings including more breakfast proteins such as bacon or sausage as well as scrambled eggs.
