The front desk staff and car valet staff were very kind and understanding. They allowed us to keep our bags in an office in the back after check-out for the day.
There is a discrepancy between the check out times on Booking.com and the actual check-out time given at the hotel. The bathroom door was a sliding door with only a small divot to open from the inside but nothing on the outside- it was hard to open from either side and hard to close properly. Also the bathtub had weird pink patches around the drain, in the corner, and on the glass door railing. The pull out bed was all spring, no cushion.
Everything but it should be more breakfast options
The bottle of water was 10$ and the parking wasn’t good
Location is good if you don't mind big city issues like homeless and street work. I LOVED the building and our room was spotless. Henry, the fellow who checked us in, was quite personable.
The breakfast wasn't great. Hot foods were lukewarm, at best, there was no butter for toast or waffles.
Central location to get to things
I was bite by a spider sometime during the night.
Keycard didn’t work after 2 tries back and fourth to the front desk had to be moved to a different room.
Cost of parking ridiculous
The pull out bed was nasty and no bed sheets

ow it's not perfect. There were a couple of minor annoyances with our stay - one is parking. They're very limited on parking choices. You have the choice to either pay to valet your car (which we did for $55 a night), or you're just on your own to find parking somewhere and there aren't really any good parking options nearby except for street parking, and then you'd have to constantly be feeding the meter. The other annoyance was when I called down to the front desk to nicely ask for your extra blankets for our room as there weren't any extra in our room already and was very rudely told that I'd have to come all the way down to the lobby to get some myself. I found that kind of odd.
Paying for valet parking wasn't a HUGE deal financially because, although steep, the hotel itself is priced inexpensively enough in the first place that it makes paying extra for valet not so bad.
The included breakfast was absolutely fantastic. Full spread of all the breakfast favorites - both hot and cold. Great way to start the day!
The area outside was quite nice, as well. Beautiful area to just walk around take in the city sights. One example - there's a beautiful park right out the front door of the hotel and across the street with large children's playground equipment to keep them busy and entertained (although it did look like a place that homeless/druggies might frequent, so check it out before you walk your kids over there.)
Overall, I would most definitely stay here again - especially if catching a show or a concert nearby so you can just walk over there.
Location and the staff were nice
There were stains in the toilet, the shower was so disgusting.
The bedsheets smelled so bad that i couldn’t sleep well 😩😩
Nice breakfast, fresh ingredients
Exceeded my expectations
Buena ubicación para turistas que les interese ña historia.
Parecía sucio en algunas áreas comunes.
Location is pretty good!
Service level is very bad. There were 3 times during 24 hours when I got to reception and there were nobody there and I waited 10+ minutes. Check-in took about 40 mins (due to technical issue with cards but still). Breakfast was very average and it almost gone by 8am. Room description says "Kitchen" but it's not a kitchen, it doesn't have stove or oven, microwave only.
We have two adults and two kids. The sofa bed could not sleep two.
It was fairly clean. Staff friendly even though they could provide no information or familiarity with the area.
NO HOT WATER! Bed and pillow not comfortable. Extra $55 required to park at their valet only street parking.
Room was clean and we had a beautiful view of the cathedral Church.
Check in a little chaotic we were given our room, but apparently we were a little early (30 min) so they took our luggage and kept it for us. We went to our event when we came back that room apparently was all the sudden not available. We were given another room however the bed wasn't the queen I reserved.
Parking was expensive, valet is pretty much your only choice at $55 a day.
