The check-in experience was very disappointing. We arrived at the hotel around 8:30 PM, yet our room was still not ready, which is unacceptable at that time of night. We ended up waiting for almost an hour.

Due to this lack of time management, we even considered canceling our booking. When we were finally given a room, it was not the one we had originally booked.

Overall, the experience did not meet expectations.

The gym was so small and missing some devices , I visited before 3 years and it was the same. That’s mean there is no plan of development in your facility.

The location is great it is near the train station and a metro station. Staff are nice.

Cons:

Paid extra for late check out at 4, but I learned that you can get late check out till 3 pm for free. Selected a room with a private bathroom and requested for it to have a bathtub but didn't get it. Bed is ok, but not that comfy. The pillows are not ok.

relax and comfort
Pros:

Rooms have a very nice layout. The bed was very comfortable. I think every room must have a view, considering the shape of the building and the surroundings. Rooms have very nice lighting, perfect for a relaxing evening with a book in your hands. Furthermore, although temperature was already quite hot in Riyadh, the room was somehow very nicely bool without even using the AC, which is very pleasant. Staff is friendly and helpful. I held a training session at one of their meeting rooms. They provided us with a sophisticated coffee machine offering all kinds of brews as wells as tea and cookies. The manager Mr. Bashar was very quick to deal with a confusion that happened about meeting room assignments due to a miscommunication from our institute. Very happy with my time there.
