It feels like HOME away from HOME 🇵🇭

The pool . Especially my kids enjoy it . The receptionist Mashaa Allah . They are accommodating. The room is pleasant and clean.

Concern Note
Pros:

The location is great, and the reception staff are humble, friendly, and very supportive. However, the housekeeping incident and lift noise need improvement.

Cons:

I feel the lifts require maintenance, as they make unusual noises while moving, which does not make guests feel safe.

Moreover, I had a very concerning experience today. While I was in the bathroom taking a shower, someone rang my doorbell two or three times. Before I could respond, I heard someone attempting to open the door. I rushed to the entrance and found a housekeeping staff member trying to enter the room.

I am surprised that the staff was not aware that the room was occupied and that a guest was checked in. Entering or attempting to enter a room without proper verification is a serious privacy and safety concern. No one knows in what condition a guest may be inside the room.

I believe the management should provide proper training to staff regarding guest privacy, room occupancy checks, and basic professional etiquette to ensure such incidents do not happen again.
