Cons:

The shower leaks water. Dustbins were not covered with plastic. Additionally, when I booked the room on Booking.com, I had the option to check out later than 16:00, which I did. However, when I went to the hotel reception and told them about it, they refused it until I showed them a screenshot of the website. Please confirm that the hotel will accept anything you offer on the website. If not, the customer will suffer and Booking.com's reputation will be affected.
