Locatie en de ruime kamers met moderne inrichting.

Cons:

Dit is inmiddels ons tweede verblijf in dit hotel. Helaas was onze ervaring dit jaar aanzienlijk minder positief dan vorig jaar.

Bij aankomst viel direct op dat er bij het inchecken geen enkele hulp werd aangeboden met onze koffers, terwijl dit tijdens ons eerdere verblijf wel onderdeel leek te zijn van de service. Daarnaast werden we verrast door het feit dat er tegenwoordig parkeerkosten worden gerekend, iets wat voorheen niet het geval was.

Ook de prijsstelling vinden wij moeilijk te rechtvaardigen. Voor een los ontbijt wordt €25 per persoon gevraagd, wat wij buiten proportie vinden. Over het algemeen zijn de prijzen naar onze mening flink gestegen, zonder dat de dienstverlening of de totale beleving daarop is verbeterd.

Al met al heeft dit verblijf helaas niet voldaan aan de verwachtingen die ons eerdere bezoek had gewekt.

Yine gelirsem kalırım.
Pros:

Kahvaltı çok iyiydi. Menü oldukça zengindi. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Nigar Hanım, onunla birlikte çalışan adını bilmediğim diğer hanımefendi ve spa girişindeki görevli çok nazikti.

Spa, sauna ve Türk hamamı konaklama ücretine dahildi, ayrıca herhangi bir ücret ödememiz gerekmedi. Otel, fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Otelin konumu da fena değildi.

Cons:

Oteldeki fiyatlar, diğer otellere kıyasla oldukça yüksekti. Örneğin, sıradan bir latte 10 avro, bir şişe su ise 1 avroydu. Ayrıca, üç gün konaklayacak olursanız, odanıza yalnızca ilk gün ücretsiz su bırakılıyor. Sonraki günlerde oda temizliği yapılsa bile su yenilenmiyor.

Girişte size otelin kurallarını içeren bir bilgilendirme veriliyor. Bu kurallarda, otele dışarıdan yiyecek ve içecek getirilmesinin yasak olduğu belirtiliyor. Bunun, dört yıldızlı bir otele yakışmayan bir uygulama olduğunu düşünüyorum.
