L'ubicació és bona encara que pot estar un poc lluny de la Royal Mile. Hi ha molts cafés, restaurants, busos i tramvies al voltant. Decoració bonica.

Cons:

No hi ha ascensor i cal pujar 2-3 pisos a peu. Per la nit hi havia soroll com d'un motor, que de tant en tant, s'apagava. A més, es notava un temblor/vibració. La pica del wc és molt menuda.

A lovely apartment but the staff wholeheartedly let the place down.

The property was a lovely apartment in a great location.

Cons:

We didn’t receive any check in information prior so we’re standing outside the building with no way to get in. We tried to call but there was no response. They finally responded via messages - thankfully it wasn’t raining or we would have been waiting in the rain.

Partway through our stay, we heard someone trying to get into our apartment for about 10 minutes. This was incredibly scary so we called up the number associated with the booking and although the lady said she was sorry, she laughed at me when I said it could have been a murderer (you never know!) and when we asked her to check the CCTV and call us back and let us know it was safe / an innocent mistake, she never did.

A great little bolt hole in a fabulous location.
Pros:

The location was perfect and the decor and set up of the apartment was impressive.

Cons:

The fire exit light was bright and right next to the bed. The shower didn't have great pressure.

Great location. Clean and modern.
Pros:

Location was central to walk every where or access public transport. It was clean and modern (our studio room looked exactly like the photos online) Liked that it had a little kitchenette to cook breakfast or dinner.

Cons:

The property is extremely slow to answer correspondence which is annoying. After I'd booked 1 question took over 6 weeks for them to reply to, other questions didn't even get a reply. Having a washing machine available would have been nice.

Short stay to see friends.
Pros:

Location, and lounge was a nice size. Admin responded promptly to messages.

Cons:

90 steps up to the flat; bed was very difficult to get into… nothing at the side (it was like in a cupboard), so had to get into it from the foot area. Quite dangerous and difficult at night time.

Die Lage

Cons:

Der Zugang erfolgt über einen zugewiesenen Code für Haustür u.  Wohnung Nr.15.  Ohne Information wurde es auf Wohnung Nr. 5 geändert. Mit dem unveränderten Code kamen wir durch die Haustür, nicht aber in die Wohnung Nr. 5. Telefonisch wurde uns ein Bedienungsfehler nachgesagt. Mit diesem Code hatte man aber Zugang in die belegte Wohnung Nr. 15. Daraufhin wurde uns ein neuer Code  gegeben . Das klappte. Die Begründung basierte auf ein Systemfehler.
Unser Sicherheitsgedanke war auf Null. Haben alle Wertsachen immer bei uns behalten.

Die Einrichtung der Wohnung versprach ein Schrank. Nicht vorhanden. Lebten aus dem Koffer. Der Blick auf die Stadt mit Sehenswürdigkeit entpuppte sich als Hinterhofblick aus verschmutzten Fenstern.
Die beiglegten Ohrstöpsel entpuppte sich als sinnvoll. Eine Bar/Disco im Erdgeschoss.

Nicht gereingt. Z. B. auf dem Glastisch spiegelte sich Streifen vom Waschlappen. Und und und.

Alles belegt durch Mailschriftverkehr und Fotos. Mit unseren 70 Jahren unsere erste Beschwerde dieser Art bei einer überteuerten Wohnung. 

Auf Reklamtion erfolgte ein Hinhalten. Am Ende kam keine Antwort.

Es stellt sich die Frage, werden solche Unterkünfte nicht vorher begutachtet ?
