Super locatie. Het appartement is goed ingericht met thee, koffie, keukengerei. Personeel is goed bereikbaar voor assistentie.

Cons:

Op het oog ziet alles er mooi uit maar kwalitatief laat vooral de badkamer wat te wensen over. Ik miste een lamp boven de spiegel. Gordijnen laten licht door aan de zijkanten

Très belle expérience
Pros:

L’appartement est très bien situé, à distance de marche des principaux attraits touristiques.

Cons:

Les pièces sont sombres, l’éclairage déficient et aucun moustiquaire dans les fenêtres, alors difficile d’ouvrir les fenêtres car une guêpe est entrée.

A huge disappointment.

The description of our apartment couldn't have been more different from the reality. It was dark, dreary and unwelcoming. The " bed area" was so small that it would have been verging on dangerous to have moved around at night. The platform that the bed was on ended exactly at the end of the bed , really dangerous as any sort of trip or stumble would have resulted in a potentially bad fall. Our lovely view was a car park. Nestled olongside the clean towels were ear plugs. Not what we had expected for the amount of money spent. We spent roughly 10 minutes within the building, long enough to book alternative accomodation, then left!

Pleasant stay in a great location!
Pros:

Beautifully decorated, spacious deluxe studio apartment in great location.
Loved - location, cleanliness, easy self check-in and instructions, easy to contact team for any issues.

Cons:

The heating and hot water went one morning but was fixed later, on the same day. The shower drain was slightly blocked.
Kitchen area did not have much space to allow dishes to dry.

Great location and comfortable stay overall, despite some aging facilities.
Pros:

Excellent location, close to trams, buses, and the Old Town.

The studio was spacious and bright, and relatively well equipped. The bed was comfortable (although in my studio it was placed against the wall). The building itself was quiet.

Check-in and check-out were self-service, and all the information was sent on the day of arrival. The staff was reactive and helpful.

Cons:

A few things to keep in mind:
There is no elevator (my studio was on the 3rd floor), which may be difficult for some travelers.

The staircase and corridors were not very well maintained or ventilated during my 7-night stay.

The windows were dirty, and only one of the three panels could be opened slightly (the locking system was broken on the other two). Ventilation was therefore limited, especially if you cook, as there is no extractor hood.
There is also no air conditioning.

Water pressure in both the shower and the very small sink was quite weak at all times of the day.

Overall, the studio could benefit from some renovation and modernization.

The street can also be noisy early in the morning (around 6 a.m.) because of delivery trucks, as the windows are not fully soundproof.

Finally, guests are asked, if possible, to dispose of their rubbish during check-out (use the same online system as check-in), but you have to locate the outdoor bins yourself.

Cons:

2ème étage par escalier logement mal conçu mal équipé et moyennement entretenu. Aucun rangement aucune place dans la chambre peu de lumière et très peu de lumière dans la salle de bain. Douche faussée ne ferme pas, fenêtre coincée et maculée de crottes d'oiseau. De manière générale équipement tape à l'œil de mauvaise qualité. Propreté approximative. Le tout pour un prix exorbitant !

Mould in the bathroom, water damaged walls and ceilings throughout. Not thoroughly cleaned. Broken glass in the cupboard. Far more steps than advised - was told three flights. It was 8 flights of steps and on the top floor

Edinburgh self contained apartment was excellent
Pros:

Hotel is excellent location next to restaurants and bars. Our room wasn't affected by bar noise. Modern fresh apartment. having an apartment was excellent to cook. Bed was comfortable and wife was great. Everything we needed.

Cons:

We couldn't get the heating worked out and we were hot in the evenings, despite turning heaters off they kept going. One side of the bed was very difficult to access and the steps were a little hazardous in the evening. We couldn't work out the ventilation from cooking in the kitchenette and the house smelt like cooked food. The two modern sofa chairs looked fantastic but were not good for watching tv. The sensor light when exiting the apartment was not reactive and we had to stumble in the dark to get to the next inner door (was fine for me but my elderly mother had difficulty).
