Pros:

Location was great. Very central. Walking distance to downtown restaurants, bars and amenities.
Also very quiet
Room.ess clean, otherwise awful.

Cons:

Wifi rarely worked even after they provided a 2nd option. My morning zoom session was disastrous, even with camera off.

Room was awful:
- had a damp smell that never went away
- only light in room was on nightstand
- fan in bathroom was roaring load and the only light
- door was difficult to unlock and open

A delightful place for the LGBTQ community
Pros:

The staff and fellow guests were all so friendly and welcoming. The owner Glenn invited me to join him and others for the Valentine’s Day dinner.

My room was quiet and comfortable. The grounds are nice and I hope to return in warmer weather to make use of the pool. Conveniently located on a quiet street with easy walking distance to the stores on Main St. It was a short ride to Armstrong State Park and the majestic redwoods.

Cons:

Dinner service was slow but the restaurant is independently operated.
