Excellent option
Pros:

The place is very peaceful, exceptionally clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. The location is excellent, close to everything, yet far enough from the noise to ensure a quiet and relaxing stay.

Maravilloso alojamiento, muy centra, cerca de la playa y restaurantes! El personal muy atentos, tiene una vibra de comunidad donde te invitan y cuentan de actividades que van pasando en el lugar, descuentos en centros de yoga y más! me encantó!

Pros:

We loved everything. Location is perfect, so close to the beach and small shops. Eat Street is on the same street which is great for food any time during the day. The property is beautiful, well kept! The staff are awesome they check in on your every morning and help you with bookings! I would come back here again next time I visit Santa Teresa!

Boa localização, muito perto da entrada da praia, perto de restaurantes, cafés, gelataria. Piscina agradável embora pequena. Cozinha bem equipada.

Pros:

Super Lage, da die Straße runter gleich der beste Strand der Stadt ist;
Das Personal ist sehr engagiert;
Die Küche im Zimmer war gut ausgestattet

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind sauber aber schon etwas veraltet;
Der Pool war OK aber zerfällt langsam;
Frühstück gab es im Partnerhotel am Ende des Dorfes, das war sehr lecker

Great lodging in Santa Teresa for a chill stay!
Pros:

Great location - 5 min walk to the beach and the main street but just far enough to be quiet. Also enjoyed having the pool and BodyKult Pilates steps away from our room!

Cons:

Pool could have been maintained better - missing tiles and needed to be skimmed throughout the day more frequently would have been nice.

Pros:

Que era amplia, que cumplía con todo lo que decía en la descripción, tostadora, cafetera, toallas, etc. El lugar está penado para que pases una buena estadía. La cama era cómoda, el baño espacioso y limpio, el espacio exterior estaba muy bien, a nosotros nos tocó una villa silenciosa, era la número 4.
Cerca de la playa, supermercado, restaurantes, etc.

Cons:

Dentro del predio dictan clases de yoga y otras actividades, las personas que van ocupan las cocheras con los cuatriciclos no dejándole lugar a las personas que nos hospedamos. Nos parece que estaría bueno que la prioridad la tengan la personas que eligen hospedarse en el lugar.

I loved my stay here and will definitely come back again! Great location steps away from everything you need, but just off the main strip so it’s much quieter. The staff was really helpful with other things I needed to book and organize during my stay.
